We sold a gift certificate that was overdue for a week! They refused to change it , the money was not returned ! Although the purchase was made three days ago, a receipt was provided. They sent some shit to the bank that the bank would return the money . The bank said that they are not doing this, and this is understandable, because it is not the bank that has to return the money, but the store! In general, the gift was ruined and they absolutely don 't care what they messed up !
