A very beautiful bistro, with an archetypal exterior and interior decoration. A large beautiful oven and a barbecue, a spacious hall - the eye is happy.
The kitchen is a solid 4, but the prices are very reasonable.
I dined in the hall and ordered at home. There is indeed a small issue with the service in the hall, I need to remind you, and everything is neatly packed in a bag, in a piece of paper and napkins.
I hope the feedback from the guests will help to improve the service in the hall.

I do not want to put a low rating, due to the fact that the prices are quite low and the service is more or less normal. I was there once... I say right away if you've ever eaten real Khachapuri in Adjarian, then they don't know how to cook it here, no matter how old. I think I'll go there a couple more times to try other positions. The atmosphere is cozy, the toilet is clean and pleasant. A good bonus is that the kitchen is open, it's interesting to watch. The waiting time is acceptable.

During the month, we often visited this place, as it was closer to the hotel. On the plus side: it's beautiful and has a variety of dishes. Prices are average for Gyumri. But the quality of service is appalling. Below I share my experience of how to behave if someone still decides to visit this institution. In short, walk 5-7 minutes closer to the center and save an hour of time by getting the best service for the same money.
1) If you just come and sit at a table, you can sit for half an hour while the waitress brings the menu.
2) It is much more effective to approach and take the menu yourself and sit down at a table after that. But you can still wait half an hour for the order to be accepted.
3) In order not to wait, after choosing the dishes, start running after the waitresses! They can hide in the kitchen or chat with the cashier guys without paying attention to you. Just raising your hand is not enough.
4) When making an order, specify how long the dish will be cooked. Once I waited for soup for 50 minutes. And it was cold, it had been cooked for a long time, but the waitress had forgotten about it. There were problems with the salad and even with the tea.
5) When you have eaten, do not wait, but immediately go to the counter to the cashier and ask for payment. Especially if you pay with a card. Otherwise, you will wait for the invoice to be brought, then wait for the terminal to be brought for payment.
6) CAREFULLY!!! check the account. They cheat, they cheat. Once they explained this to me by saying that "the menu has the old price, but the new one is higher." Naturally, at the time of ordering, the waitress did not say anything about it (or maybe she did not know). If you take takeaway dishes, check what they put there and how they are packed.
The service is always with such faces, as if we are the enemies of the people. There is no reaction at all to the friendly "Good afternoon!", "Thank you very much!", "You have a very tasty meal today!" The waitress just turns around and goes somewhere. We have not seen this in any country!

Well, that's it. According to the menu, vegetables cost 200 drams per piece, and in the bill - 300 drams per piece. Natural juice is actually packaged "Kind". Not a restoran, in general. But you can eat if you're hungry.

I will never come again!!
1. Only a dissatisfied person responds to "hello/good afternoon/ thank you". I've given it a chance so many times, hoping that at least they'd smile back, but no.
2. By ordering a double portion to take away, you will receive a regular one, only 2 times more expensive
3. Wait for the quest menu. Even when you look blindly into the eyes and wave your hand, they click and go on.
4. The invoice is the same story as with item 3
5 the speed of serving dishes is according to the mood of the waiter. I waited for the soup for 15 minutes. Ready. Until I asked the waiter to hurry up. Walking lazily into the kitchen, they brought me hot soup. I think if I hadn't asked, they would have brought it to me cold.

I ordered a shish kebab, not tasty like boiled meat, there is no taste of marinade. I can cook meat at home. I also want to note the work of the waiter: I ordered a cake of zheng, it was not brought, they forgot, cool yes! They didn't offer lavash for the barbecue, she asked for it herself.

One of the worst services in Gyumri.
The whole staff is barely talking with sour faces. They won't do anything until you kick. The food is generally not bad. On the 4th. Thai warm salad, classic shawarma, carbanora, soups I recommend. We liked it.

I've never written reviews, I've been to a lot of places in the world and seen a lot of things, but to be honest, I've never seen a worse place, a disgusting place for a number of reasons:
- the order will be delivered in at least an hour, even the simplest type of soup or salad
- hair in food is a classic of such eateries
- paying by card causes a huge negative
- they carried the change when paying in cash for another half hour, apparently they thought it was a tip for their "incredible" service
- waitresses don't know what the dishes look like and bring other people's orders
- when trying to order food at home, the tube is simply thrown if they did not like something (location, order amount, etc.)
I have not seen a worse place for the service!
