At 10:30am, they knocked on my door and woke me up, asking if I wanted to be cleaned. I said no, and went out at 12pm to tell a male receptionist that they could clean it now. I came back in the afternoon and found that the room had not been cleaned at all. I asked the male receptionist to clean it now, but he said that the hotel was very busy and it would be my turn at 8pm. Is this a joke? I put up with it, and when it was 8:30pm, no one came to clean. I went to the front desk again, but the man had already left work. Was he just saying these nonsense to me just to get by? Not only was the room not cleaned, but they didn't even change the towels and toiletries. It's a rubbish hotel, and the bed was dented. The balcony door was also broken and sealed with glue.

It must have been a chic four-star hotel once. Even now, the former gloss still remains in places. About the hotel: the rooms are well-lived, but the linen and towels are clean and snow-white, the mattress is hard, straight hard, the plumbing is working, shampoo, gel, brush, paste, two bottles of water, kettle, tea. We were at a conference at the hotel, so we took breakfast and dinner, well, there are no frills, you can eat, but they cook very limited, in general for your money, not bad, but it happens better😃

I do not know who and when drew 5 stars for them! But after living there for a week, I came across the following:
1. Terrible drafts. It was scary to approach the elevator on the floor. All the double-glazed windows were smeared with some kind of sealant, but it still whistled through them. You press the door or window, it stops. You let go and whistle again.
3 times I asked to see what's in my room with a shower. A large bathroom with a large bathtub, but the pressure in the shower is like a little boy pissing. I asked three times to solve the problem, and three times they called somewhere right in front of me and assured me that they would solve everything right today! Nothing has changed in a week.
The mattress! It feels like a tractor was turning around on it before the hotel. But it's hard and crumpled, as if someone chewed it.
We paid extra for accommodation: several days, we ourselves at the reception.
We were told one amount (4 tons cheaper than through an agency) per room. And in the morning we were told that we need to pay extra for these 4 thousand to pay extra.
Well, at least with the checks.
I definitely do not recommend it!

The cheapest four in Astana. The hotel is decently tired, there are no plumbing and bathroom facilities, the TV shows snow, the walls are cardboard, the doors are slamming so that they hit the brains. The location is also not the best, but it is tolerable. The rooms are large in size, but they are simple and shabby.
Pros — there are always rooms, an affordable price in the region of 20,000 rubles per standard, and a working Internet connection. Otherwise, there are disadvantages.
The hotel needs to update the bathrooms and furniture!
If you do not need the Internet to work, it is better to choose another hotel. There are more comfortable options for the same money.

Good afternoon, we checked in on 10/20/2024 to room 1007 for early check-in, booking number No. 20241021-3572-1221043448. We warned in advance that there would be an early check-in. The reservation was from October 20th to 25th. When we checked into room 1007, it turned out to be very dirty - dust everywhere, garbage on the floor, the smell of cigarettes in the room, the upholstery on the chair and the window sill were also missing, not to mention that the room as a whole needs repair. Naturally, it was impossible to stay in such conditions. During the eviction, 11 thousand tenge was deducted from us for early check-in and the cost of the first day in the amount of 33 thousand tenge. Naturally, after this, we do not recommend a hotel and we will not live there ourselves. Unfortunately, the photo could not be taken, as we immediately began to look for another hotel. In general, if you want to live in comfort, do not consider this hotel.

The studio room is clean and spacious. Some time ago, he was probably very cool. Now, guys, of course we need to refresh. Everything is very tired. There is no refrigerator (although it may be in the studio and should not be). The air conditioner is not working. Windows and balcony - a feeling that has not been washed since the independence of Kazakhstan.

The hotel is cold, with an old renovation. We checked into an expensive room, but in fact it is cold, it is blown, we complained at the reception about cold batteries and as a solution we were given a tiny almost burnt-out heater. Also, when they checked in, the base did not work and we were given a dirty room that was not cleaned, neither at the reception nor the maid even guessed that the room was not cleaned. I do not recommend visiting this hotel.

The room is cold, there is a muzzle from all the cracks and the noise of cars because of this is like when the windows are open. There is a spider web on the doorway of the balcony from the room side. Peeling wallpaper. Barely working and about to break the air conditioner, which, no matter how hard it tried, could not warm the room. And just a wooden bed, I slept the same as on the floor. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will not advise anyone to stay here. And it also took the Prestige room, not the cheapest one.

A very old hotel. He may have been good once, but now they are trying very hard to show that he is 4 stars, but in fact between 2 and 3 stars. The floor is covered with dirty old carpet, under which there are holes in the screed, there is no hot water, in the bathroom water flows in a weak fountain around the faucet, the bed is not reinforced, the furniture in the room is old and smells of smoking, although the room is not for smokers. I have a strong belief that the reviews are inflated, since a hotel of this level cannot have so many 10. The breakfasts are not very tasty. The linen is clean and the price is low.

Having some experience of staying in hotels with different stars, I can say that in this case this hotel does not pull 4 stars.
She may have shone before, but now the sunset is coming. Repairs are needed, at least cosmetic.
Nuance, according to Yandex, check-in was supposed to be at 12! We only checked in at 14, I didn't notice this information, but I would have started to find out(!). In general, we arrived at the hotel at 10, asked if we could check in, counting on hospitality, but said wait.
In general, if you need to spend the night and without any special frills, then it will do. But I will look for another hotel next time.

To be honest, I did not live up to expectations at all. A huge old building, cardboard walls and terrible audibility. You can hear it even if they are talking in a low voice in the next room. Breakfasts are more or less, dinner includes exactly two dishes - there is nothing to choose from, it is not worth it, it is better to go somewhere for dinner. The parking lot was all occupied, although this was quite an important criterion - we arrived in two cars, both had nowhere to put them, we had to park on the street.

I don't understand at all where such reviews and 5 stars come from…
I put one star for the staff – the staff are really very attentive, ready to help, trying their best.
The rooms are large but dark (the windows are dirty). The windows themselves do not open for winter ventilation, with the winds in Astana it is impossible to open them in any other way to ventilate. The bathroom is not heated (it is very cold). It is difficult to achieve a normal water temperature – you had to wait 10 minutes until a balance between hot and cold was found.
I would like to mention the light separately: He's cold, like in an operating room. It's very uncomfortable. Moreover, it is impossible to turn off this light in the bathroom (does the hotel really care about the costs?!). Thanks to the staff for turning off this light bulb manually.
The furniture is shabby, it is clear that repairs are required. And it is clear that once upon a time the hotel was good, but there is little left of its former greatness. An inconspicuous driveway: it is not even clear if the hotel is open or if it is possible to enter.
Breakfasts are terrible. The fruits are cherished, from the hot – 3 dishes to choose from (all tasteless).
Summarizing: this is clearly not a 4. And clearly not worth the money. Thanks a lot to the staff for trying to smooth out the problems somehow, but I definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel.

It is conveniently located in the old part of the city on the right bank, the area of the golden square. The Seventh Continent shopping mall is within walking distance. There are plenty of establishments nearby. The rooms are spacious, all in the same style. There is a kettle, ironing board, iron, safe. As it should be. The bed and mattress are comfortable. I didn't turn on the TV. I can't say that on the channels. Wi-Fi is fast enough. Breakfasts are not very diverse after 3 days they begin to repeat themselves. The staff is well trained and friendly. There is a bar and a restaurant, it is quite tasty and the prices for the hotel are acceptable. There is a private parking. According to the numbers themselves, there are drop-out sockets, flowing souls and so on in small things. The hotel is requesting cosmetic repairs. There are balconies, but they are closed, perhaps just for the winter. There are also conference rooms for events.
Generally acceptable conditions at a reasonable price. I recommend.

Everything is fine in the hotel, there is Parking, bathrobes and all bathroom amenities in the room, a kettle and tea and coffee bags, water. The only big disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator/mini-bar. This is critical for us.

The hotel, of course, does not pull on a four-star. The room is clean, the linen is crisp. But there is no refrigerator, the phone does not work!!! We were in the summer, the room was warm, but in winter it was probably cold. The balcony door blows from the windows and does not close tightly. The buffet breakfast is delicious, but I would like more choice. The staff at the reception are polite and responsive, but not all of them. I happened to talk to the receptionist, who apparently accidentally got this job. She answered my simple questions about the hotel's services with "I can't help you with anything, find out for yourself." I had to run around the floors on my own and solve my own issues. I last met with a similar attitude of the staff in the distant noughties. Perhaps it was the last episode that spoiled the overall impression of the hotel.

We arrived in Astana at 2.00 am.
At the reception, all rooms have already been allocated according to the request from the agency.
We didn't expect room keys for a minute, this is a HUGE PLUS because we were on the road for 21 hours.
The rooms are large and cozy.
Beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows.
Disposable slippers and toothbrushes were changed daily.
There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room.
The refrigerator is located in the bedside table under the TV (this is information for those who write that there is no refrigerator in the room )😆
The breakfasts are GORGEOUS, delicious, and varied.
The hotel is located in the center, convenient location.
