I have ordered flowers remotely for my family and friends in this store more than once, but I have not seen the quality of the flowers myself. But last time they really upset me. I ordered a bouquet for 300 rubles for my grandmother's anniversary, and this time I met him myself at home. I immediately noticed that the bush roses were no longer the first freshness . On the second day, I was completely disappointed, they even started to crumble. I suggested that the store correct its mistake and bring me normal shrub roses to replace them. But I was only offered a discount on the trail.order. Why does my grandmother need this discount? Of the seven bouquets presented, mine just turned out to be the saddest. Throughout the year, we bought flowers only here for all events and holidays. The delivery was ordered by a guy, I bought directly from the store. The flowers here are not the most budget-friendly. The cost per piece can reach up to 30 rubles and above. It would seem that you can try, but no. The bouquet in the photo costs 140 rubles (consisting of 3 carnations and 3 ranunculi). I dare to assume that 10 rubles for a carnation and 30 for a ranunculus. Flowers are really expensive now, but still the concept of price and value must be present. Below in the photo there is a response from the organization, we did not wait for an apology on the holiday (February 14), as well as a photo of what they publish in the profile and what arrives in fact. I think that the guys tried only for bigger budgets. Unfortunately!
