I really liked this place. I signed up for a haircut. Master Alexandra is a mega-level specialist. I made a haircut out of thin thin hair, as if there were really a lot of hair. She helped me decide on my departure. I am very pleased with the result. I signed up for coloring. I recommend. The administrator is a responsive and competent employee. She explained the route politely and easily. The attitude is wonderful, the services are at the highest level, the price is adequate, the atmosphere is cozy. I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

I want to put 0 stars. Unfortunately, the master Anna works here, who is 10 minutes late for work and did not even apologize, but only turned all the blame on the administrator, who did not inform her about the appointment for the whole day. By the way, I signed up on the 22nd for a haircut at 10.00 a.m. to Master Anna.
Master Anna smiles impudently and says that nothing happened.
It's also sad that Anna immediately began to frame and accuse everyone (administrator Victoria, the authorities, who did not give her a badge or anything that would somehow indicate who works at this place), but did not say a word, saying sorry the bus was delayed or something like that.
It is also strange that on 25.12 the front door says the working hours today from 8.00 and there is no information anywhere that 25.12 is open from 10.00
