Imagine that you have packed XX boxes, and you are told that you need to open everything again and add each pair of underpants to the list. Although we have described the big things in order to cover them with insurance if necessary. The company's warehouse is very tidy, unlike, for example, SDEk. There are no pits, no mud, no puddles where the tank will sink. The warehouse is also clean, although I personally didn't like the fact that the customer loads the boxes himself, it's not great. Everything is adequate in the office, too, there is a place to sit while invoices are issued, the operator answers questions. In general, I can only state that for the RF-KR-RF route, this is the most sane operator right now.

The service sucks completely. There is a technique, in order to load and release the cargo with the help of punishment, the awesome staff who are sitting in the warehouse, not only are they not in solidarity, they also brazenly say load yourself manually. I don't recommend it at all. 👎👎👎

We ordered cargo transportation from Russia to Kyrgyzstan. There was a large load, a lot of fragile equipment (a system monitor, a large monitor, studio light, etc.). Everything arrived safe and sound, within the specified time frame. At the same time, my friend ordered the transportation of his belongings. The same story - the whole thing, everything is on time. Therefore, do not read nonsense in the reviews, but just pack the cargo well.
