Tell me then Why I pay you for the delivery of 36 kg of cargo, 30000tg and have to wait more than a month. I look forward to solving this problem as soon as possible!

THE WORST TRANSPORTATION COMPANY. on the 3rd day, I can't EVEN get through, let alone pick up the cargo. /The direct line in Astana that picks up the phone gives a non-existing number. And the one that is given, it does not exist. there is no terminal in our city of FAMILIES, and I myself am looking for a car on which they will bring to Semsk, although when shippers accept parcels they do not say a word about such problems and difficulties. One of the parcels, 6 places of which I still managed to pick up in Pavlodar, 2 boxes, just torn to shreds.

It does not arrive on time, 2 loads often arrive by one car, it turns out that it is lying in a warehouse waiting for the next one, they take 2 invoices, and the car goes on one flight, excellent savings for the company on me. I've been waiting from Moscow for 2 weeks. Please adjust your logistics, otherwise I will soon abandon you and tell many more negative reviews. There are no complaints about the staff.

I didn't like the service at all, or rather, I don't have it.I came to the GTD company, said that I would like to receive my parcel, I was told that I had to pay the rest of the money for the goods, only after that the sending company should send an application to change the consignee, that is , Me. Then I pay for the delivery of the cargo to the accounts GTD companies only after that I can receive my parcel . I answered well, to which the employee from the cashier said that I could not pay the cost of the cargo itself here. I quote the cashier:I do not know how you agreed there, I do not know how to pay for the purchase, then how the application will come to our mail, after which you will pay us for the delivery of the cargo, only then you can pick up your parcel. So I think GTD needs to work on itself, that is, simplify all the work on transferring cargo to its recipient. I had to go to the city center to make payment for the goods, so I returned to the company and waited for 2 and a half hours until the sender company woke up and saw that I had paid for the cargo, after which they had to send a request so that I could receive my parcel. That's exactly what I DIDN'T LIKE.😡
