The Severny village House of Culture has been operating since 1951. The total area is 1,668 sq.m. The auditorium has 180 seats. In the 80s, new areas of activity arose, various collectives were created and, in this regard, the creative life of the House of Culture was rich, multifaceted and proceeded in various directions. Meetings of the population with the village administration became regular, public hearings on the development of the village of Severny were held. Since then and to the present day, the House of Culture has become the center of the creative and social life of the village. Creative meetings, various village events, and dance evenings are regularly held here.
