I did not visit the store itself. But I used the online store. However, about a year ago. I ordered yarn for hand knitting. I would really like to have a discount card for this site, but I don't have it yet. As for the work of this site, I liked their work for its cohesion, efficiency and polite attitude to customers. I take into account that it was a year ago. I haven't ordered anything from them for a long time.

The store is good. The assortment is excellent.
But the attitude.. the seller behaved rudely (although he had been nice to the woman before), in addition, he sold the wrong yarn color (we voiced the number of a milky shade, he sold pure white, although he saw that the number did not match).
Unpleasant impressions..
Before that, we came in without any problems: the saleswoman is very polite

I ordered yarn, the next day, when I came to pick it up, they said that the yarn was sold and the order was canceled, it was good that I did not pay in advance, the seller did not even apologize
