A few minutes later, some kind of master came out, I told him who I was going to, nodded my head and left. When it was already 10.02 on the clock, I wrote to the master - is it worth waiting for her. The master apologized and said that she had forgotten to write, she was actually at another job today. For my joint, I offered a 5p discount next time (to get to her, I completely rescheduled my day and spent on a taxi there and back). I offered to throw off 50% - the master replied with complete disregard. It's been a long time since I've come across such a boorish attitude towards customers.
