Disgusting service. Managers are arrogant and ill-mannered. The feeling that they are the customers. I came specifically for the Skoda car, because I chose it for myself after spending a lot of time studying the market. But, thanks to your "wonderful" employees, I left the salon and bought a car in another salon with a service corresponding to the purchase price. The phrase "do you want a car the same age as you?" is just the bottom line...

The service station is excellent , you sign up in advance and you are accepted by agreement, a quick approach to work, discussion of the price of repairs , when replacing spare parts with your spare parts, they do not give a guarantee, old spare parts are given with the car as proof that repairs have been made !

It's not the first time I've used it. Always clearly and to the point. They correctly explain the need to perform the work, without imposing unnecessary additional services and works. The prices are not the lowest, but are partially offset by discounts and a regular customer program. And everything else is compensated by quality. For more than 20 years of driving experience and owning more than one car, I have met the same level of quality of work only once: a small private workshop behind the MKAD and mechanics there came from official services. And to be honest: after applying discounts, prices for the same spare parts are obtained at the level as if I myself bought from a supplier with all my accumulated discounts. Well, their coffee is delicious :-)

On 04/18/2024, I applied to this center for Prytytsky as a qualified specialist, but as a result, nothing was done.And I was very dissatisfied with these services.I came to know the cause of the breakdown and was told by your specialist.They made a diagnosis, wrote to me about the breakdown that I came with and talked about it.They said they could not eliminate it and charged 110 rubles for this service.Guys, do you think it's okay to come for help, but left without money and with the same problem.Dmitry.

We came to do THAT. They said they put everything in the original. 1. After that, the car began to twitch when winding up. It turned out that the candles were counterfeit. 2. A year later, gasoline flowed. There was a fistula in the fuel filter. They supplied the cheapest China stellox. A fistula in a steel filter!! This is the ppts. Not in the compound, but in it. 3. They say they will call a taxi to pick up the car, as a result, I called them for 45 minutes, but they did not pick up the phone. 4. They say write to the mail, we'll figure it out, I wrote it, and there has been no feedback for a year))

It has been in service for more than 10 years. There were never any questions. The staff was very attentive before ... Recently I went to the service to ask for the cost of car repair services, described the problem, BUT there was no answer... The specialist did not really want to talk, squeezed out words, as if I had come to his house, when asked when normal guys would work at the reception, he said that they had not worked there for more than a year, although a year had not passed since my last appeal, because the car was old and I applied 2-3 times a year. I don't know what happened... It's a pity, but the service station had to be changed... As they say, "advertising is big" Two stars for past achievements 🙃

We arrived in the capital of our Homeland from Moscow at 16.00. 250 km from Minsk, the car "got sick", it was shaking, sausage, the engine was making incomprehensible sounds at idle. We stopped at a similar nearby service. The rooms are Moscow, we are visiting, on our nerves. The "divorce" began: the price for the diagnosis was announced twice as expensive as for Prytytsky, and the diagnosis is only tomorrow and only in the evening. It was assumed that the problem was in the candles. They were available on Prytytsky. We came for them, bought candles and immediately changed them. But the problem was not solved. It turned out that the diagnosis on Prytytsky is also possible only tomorrow. Made. But she didn't show anything, because the air valve was out of order, and there was no electrics on it. A competent and professional diagnostician suggested what the problem might be and was not mistaken. Spare parts were available. We changed everything quickly, promptly, and reasonably priced. We would like to express our special gratitude to Anton Igorevich Gavrilchik, a process engineer at the car service. Smart, competent, customer-oriented employee, very pleasant in communication, everything is on the case, no water. Anton, thank you very much!
