There are two baristas - a girl and a guy. The girl is super! The service is excellent, always friendly and makes the perfect coffee. And the guy can't even make ice lattes. He doesn't even know in theory. I came twice - always by. The second time I asked to redo it, I argued, well, at least I redid it. Now I would like to teach a barista in a coffee shop to make ice lattes.) A girl - hearts, a guy - to look for his vocation in another field.

Everything is fine, only on weekends the barista girl is not in place, I come up two days and she is not there...he goes for a walk, sometimes with a friend, sometimes alone. On the weekend, I definitely won't waste any more time on the road to kiss a closed door.

I look - exactly 21.00 or 20.00, it's not the point - in general, the working day has already ended... although we went in exactly a couple of minutes before... As if your coffee-making speed depends on me... Or did you think that we would sit there and slowly drink coffee? The girl did it quickly, which is a plus. The taste is the level of Belarusneft (about Americano), this is not a compliment. Today, it will be difficult to build customer orientation with such an approach to staff instructions, what to say if the client came in one minute before closing time...
