The cafe is disgusting, today we went there with my grandson to have a snack. All the pastry and pastries are stale, in the refrigerator from Pepsi, the handle to open is located close to the wall, which is lined with decorative stone, I hurt my finger badly to get water. The bartender didn't even offer napkins until I asked her to, and then she even put hydrogen peroxide in front of me, but she didn't offer to help. The cut has been bleeding for a long time and now it hurts, it's already evening. Where does the management look, people come to you to relax, have a snack, but your products are not fresh and you can still get injured?))) We have a beautiful city, a lot of tourists come to us, do you consider this a high-quality service?))) I have a very unpleasant impression of this institution... Take action.

The coffee is not bad, the desserts are basic, the room itself is very small, does not have to hang for a long time. The bartender girl is very peculiar in communicating with customers, I think we need to work on this.

Like everything in Polotsk, it's just wonderful! I love the Avenue and the square near the monument to Simeon Polotsky in front of the k-t "Rodina"! Cozy, intimate, beautiful!
