There is no limit to surprise, please look at the photo, I ordered an omelet with salmon and cottage cheese. I'm just ashamed. When asked by the waiter, where did the curd cheese go? I was told he was "smeared on a pancake" just amazing!

A friend advised me to go to this coffee shop. She said that there is the best coffee in Vitebsk. On the evening of the first of May, after the tour, I went to a coffee shop on Suvorov Street. I haven't tasted such Irish coffee in I can't even remember how many years. It's incredibly delicious! Tiramisu is also delicious. The place is wonderful! The waitresses are friendly. (Special thanks to the barista girl, who also helped set up the Internet on her phone). If you are in Vitebsk, be sure to visit this coffee shop!

Disgusting service, I did not expect this at all! I've read good reviews, the rating is high, but I'm faced with some outright rudeness. At first, there was complete disregard on the part of the waitress, when she turned, she just muttered that she was busy and ran away. I ran a few more times, promising to come up, but after 30 minutes of waiting I did not return, I rubbed the cups near the cash register.
Regretting the time spent, I decided to take at least a dessert from the window, but there was an even bigger boor at the checkout! At first, she pointedly ignored me at the checkout, turned away and did not respond to the appeal. After that, in a rather rude form, she said that she could not serve dessert from the window and had to wait until that first girl was free.
In total, almost 40 minutes, no coffee, no dessert, no polite communication

In general, I have heard only the best reviews about this coffee shop!!!! We went there once , there were practically no seats there . But this only indicates good attendance and that others really like it. They say it's very tasty there.
But from my first impression, I can only say that the room is quite small, as for me it is not very cozy, everything is SOOO close to each other. When we entered , none of the staff paid attention to us , neither said that there were no seats , nor said that there were empty tables , no attention at all . Well, as for me, everything is too close there, both tables and strangers!!!! But I can't say anything very bad, because we didn't have a chance to sit there, because we didn't want to stay...

We waited 1.5 HOURS for coffee.
We arrived for breakfast at 12.50. We made an order. Two coffees, pancakes and an omelette.
After 50 minutes, there was no waiting for the order. At 13:40, we asked the waiter where the order was. She claimed that we had not ordered, HAD FORGOTTEN or LOST IT ALTOGETHER. We have re-ordered urgently.
Urgently, after another 40 minutes, we ask: WHERE ARE THE DRINKS AT LEAST - I don't know the answer.
We checked with another waiter. 1.5 hours later, COFFEE was brought ( aislatte ) NO CARAMEL, as it was in the order and one milk. There was almost no coffee in the ice latte.
At 14:20, we asked to redo the aislatte and CLARIFY WHERE OUR FOOD IS.
at 14:30, we went to the bar ourselves and JUST STARTED PREPARING the order.
The coffee was never taken from the table to be redone.
I hope the management of this institution will see this review and work with the customer orientation and memory of their waiters.
We spent 2 hours and left.

Cheesecakes and pancakes for breakfast are tasteless (I didn't even finish them), but the portions of desserts are small. There is a double latte on the menu, but they don't make it to take away because there are no suitable paper cups. Delicious tea, a large selection of coffee.

The sandwich from the sandwich maker is called "branded" by the guys. Unfortunately, the institution also has no idea what toasted toast is for fried eggs. As a result, you don't have to come here for breakfast.
