I can't help but share my impressions of the trip to Georgia (07/25/2024-08/29/2024). I really liked the organization of the tour. Excellent transit hotels. A comfortable bus, constantly (even at stops) working air conditioning. Professional drivers with a capital letter, jewelry driving while driving along the Georgian military road. The excursion program, unique landscapes. Everything was at the highest level (the passage of the Georgian border is a separate topic, it has nothing to do with the travel agency). The euphoria ended upon check-in at the Oliva Guest House. The number did not match any of the photos posted on the company's website. Dirty walls, mold/mildew in the bathroom, on pillows, in the bedside table. There was not even a tulle . Despite the presence of a bathroom and air conditioning in the room, this is clearly an economy room, at the same time other rooms, for example, No. 1, looked normal, corresponded to the photo. The business card of the guest house is the owner lying in the hall or on the swing, unaware that in the summer kitchen water "whistles" from all three taps in different directions, the doors in the rooms open and close with such a sound that you can wake up all the vacationers, and other problems.The calm lasted until about 23.00, after which friends came to the owner, loud shouts, laughter, the sound of furniture being broken (dragged), etc. were heard from the hall. This applies to living on the ground floor, perhaps there was another life on the second floor. I think that when concluding a contract, it is necessary to convey to the client FULL information about the place to which he is going, and not just what looks beautiful. At the end of August 2024, a group bus trip to the Elbrus region. Despite the fact that the group was of different ages from children up to 60+, everything turned out fine. Or add, as an option, a flight to the nearest airport and from there transfers with a group by bus to places. And the places are not inferior in nature to Switzerland and the Italian Dolomites. The infrastructure is lame, but with proper investments, which seem to be coming, everything will be fine there.

We didn't manage to do it everywhere. A snack in a cafe for an hour is also not enough. We had to choose either to stand in line for Karelian fish soup, or go to the lake. We returned from Dombai. 10.02-17.02 The trip turned out great. The bus is comfortable, the drivers are sociable, the attendant Anatoly performed his duties well. He talked very interestingly about the life and everyday life of the area where we passed. The weather was just great. The Grand Hotel is located next to the ski lifts. The breakfast buffet is filled with an abundance of food on offer.The only drawback is the lack of Wi-Fi in the room. But you can put up with it. I went with friends on a 7-day train tour to St. Petersburg.
I definitely recommend this tour company to everyone. There is something to compare it with. Everything was at the highest level.
