The masters at this school are excellent, experienced, and talented. Responsive! You can always learn a new technique in an individual lesson, create something of your own, non-standard. Smiling, positive staff, pleasant background music. A coworking space is available, and you can create your own products by hand molding or on a potter's wheel and leave them for firing. I recommend you to visit!

Very friendly staff at the reception and the master. You can take tea with you in lovely mugs. You can also purchase any products from the store, either for yourself or as a gift. I've been to a vase-making workshop and a glaze workshop. I made the vase pretty quickly, but I liked the process itself. The master told me how and what could be fixed if it didn't work out. Due to the fact that I had the glaze in 1 color, this mk went quickly and in 15 minutes. I can't tell if I liked it or not, because I don't have much creativity.

I have long wanted to go to the pottery school for a master class, the choice fell on the Bell, a beautiful studio with its own atmosphere✨ In general, I liked everything at the master class, there were six people, all about the same age, and everyone was equally short of time, two hours is not enough. We made plates (two). They called a month after the lesson and said that one of my products cracked after the stove ((They offered either to choose a new one or to rewrite and redo (and wait a month again) In general, I felt sad, after all, a certain meaning was invested there, and I still have a lot of time to wait, the new year will already pass, so I chose the finished product.

We went to a master class on lighthouses. There were mixed emotions after the visit. Perhaps we were unlucky and our mentor was a little tired, as there was a dry and mechanical presentation of the material. The lack of time control on her part resulted in the fact that for the first one and a half, two hours we slowly made the blanks, and then we assembled them very quickly, fighting off the constant monotonous haste. Although it would have been possible not to pay attention to this, if it had not then led to quiet aggression on her part. It's a pity that the impression was ruined, because this time we went to the master class only with our family, inspired by a group lesson six months earlier. What can I wish for? You have a great business that is built on emotions and impressions: teach the team not only the technical aspects of modeling, but also to create an atmosphere that you want to plunge into over and over again. The master class runs until 21, but they have already said that they will finish at 20. The teacher has absolutely no contact with the students, so it is better to go to the company, so as not to sit in silence. The mug itself is unusable. The bottom of the mug is not completely covered with glaze. The friend did not get any pleasure during the process and is completely dissatisfied with the product itself.

We went to the MK with bowls for pets. 1) There were 4 people on the MK: two adults and two preschool children. I have nothing against children, but it is obvious that such a combination leads to irregular group work, uneven distribution of time, attention and additional difficulties for both the teacher and the visitors of the MK. It is clear that they "molded" a group of those who were there. But it would be right for the participants to say it in advance. 2) At MK, guided by what the master said, they chose certain shapes, colors and types of glaze, trying to coordinate one with the other in conditions of an already limited choice. But after the completion of the MK, we received a call and were told that due to the inexperience of the master (by the way, there are no questions on our part) and the technological difficulties, the colors and glazes we chose cannot be made. The administrator referred to the fact that the glaze should not be disturbed - they say, this will lead to the fact that the product may crack during firing. Although a short search on the Internet gives the opposite answer. Interestingly, at the same time they offered to buy a separate icing machine and mix the glazes themselves there - that is, when you pay extra, then you can interfere with the glaze. When I said that I was ready to take the risk of damaging my product by mixing the glazes, the receptionist said that they just don't do that. In general, it seems that the school has decided to simplify its work and reduce costs at the expense of customers - and ideally also earn money. Although when you give 100 rubles for a clay bowl, you wait... Well, at least some flexibility. UPD Taking into account your answer, I will add and specify: the administrator initially took the path of deception and manipulation, firstly, trying to transfer responsibility to the teacher (as if he were not part of the school), and secondly, referring to the technological impossibility of interfering with the glaze. As you yourself noted, it's not about technology, it's just that it's not included in the price. It is clear to me that some part of the work and materials may not be included in the price, that anyone can make a mistake. But after paying, I want an honest relationship. And the school, represented by the administrator, deceived. And even in this deception, she was inconsistent, offering MK on painting immediately after the stories about the impossibility of interfering with the glaze. Regarding the fact that the minimum age of the participants was indicated on the MK page, this is true. Nevertheless, if you want to shift responsibility so much, I just urge all future participants to pay attention to this and ask the organizer an appropriate question before starting, because there will be no other way to find out about it. By the way, I am glad that for this and other MC you have decided to raise the minimum age to 10 years. Although maybe it would be better to just divide the MK into children's and adults? And continuing the conversation about responsibility and accessibility of information, you refer to the fact that a specific MK does not include the cost of some colors, glazes, or master's work. However, this information is not available on the MK page. I will assume that it is not in the public domain at all, i.e. you can fantasize about this unilaterally.

I was at the master class 2 times with friends. Twice - as they ran a marathon. Absolutely little time. Judging by the previous comments, the wishes of their guests were not taken into account). About the master class: While you are doing one thing, they explain the other in parallel, you ask again-you come back-you do not have time, they are in a hurry, there is little time for painting, because of the constant rush there is no opportunity to relax, enjoy the process and drink tea (which is still standing in the corridor and few people have time to try it). I think many people after a work week with deadlines just go for a relaxing creative atmosphere, relax, and get in a hurry and stress for their money). Add half an hour or an hour to the master class, treat your guests, turn on pleasant music and most importantly - do not rush. Then I might want to come back to you and recommend the studio over and over again.

Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant aftertaste from the service. I pre-booked an individual lesson for myself and my little daughter, paid for it, and received an e-mail confirmation. Arriving at the lesson, I find out that it was canceled, without even thinking about sending a cancellation notification and returning the money for the lesson. Other people were working in the studio instead of us. I had to spend 2 hours with a small child to find out the situation and why the money was not refunded immediately after the cancellation of our lesson. Although it turned out that if you buy a lesson online, then there are no problems with refunds. It was very unpleasant that I had to solve the problem within 2 hours instead of enjoying the lesson.
