When I asked the dispatcher WHY the DEBT WAS CHARGED IF THEY DID NOT AGREE ON THE DATA?, I was offered five times to give the driver's number to Vasya... As I understand it, the driver decides everything there... And when I asked to be contacted by the management... The dispatcher said she couldn't help and hung up... I would like to ask the management: 1. What criteria do they use to recruit staff? 2. Does this staff go through any interviews where they are TAUGHT to TALK to clients? 3. Is stress tolerance discussed when applying for a job? 4. Since when does the driver decide who and what debt to pay? 5. Are the dispatchers able to convey the CORRECT information to the driver? 6. Does the driver Vasily distinguish the words SHOP and VILLAGE in a blue Lada? I really want to get complete and clear answers to all questions. Maybe at least the management knows how to do it.....
