There were no questions, everything happens, it's okay. Having planned our day, taking into account the transfer of not much recording, we arrived at 12.30 at this salon as the administrator asked. Upon entering the salon, the first thing we see is the administrator who was very actively talking with the employee (since the woman was "inside" the reception). Well, okay, we didn't pay attention, I'll get over it- having clarified myself that we had already postponed the recording, we were asked to wait again. At the same time, the administrator started communicating with the same woman again, on various topics. To my question, when I already asked myself: how long to wait, since it was already a little after 12.30, I was answered: another 15-20 minutes.
And what does our administrator do next? That's right, he goes on to communicate with the same woman. She apologized only when I started to get indignant.
I have not seen such an attitude and not customer-oriented anywhere else.
I can't say anything bad about the master. Before that, they had a haircut. But the administrator, yes, surprised me so much.
It's not clear how long to sit and wait, I had no desire. Of course we left.
No wonder people make a record in advance, taking into account small force majeure, and thus plan their day.
