I stayed there for one day, the staff was polite, everything was calm, one minus was the smell of cigarettes in the room, I had to buy an air freshener, because the windows faced the forecourt, the second floor, they probably smoke sometimes under the windows, and the windows don't fit very tightly. The room has air conditioning for heating. The refrigerator in my room was buzzing violently, so I used the common room near the reception desk. The bathroom is combined in the room. Clean everywhere, prices are affordable. I booked the room for free, so no problem. There are no questions about where to stay next time. Thank you.

We booked the room in advance. The wish for the room was taken into account and it's nice. The staff is very polite. We settled in quickly. The room is clean and spacious. The view from the window is amazing. Our train arrives at night, so we will arrive more than once.
We came repeatedly, but this time the attitude surprised us significantly. We have called repeatedly since May to book a room , we constantly said call two weeks in advance, we do not book in advance. As a result, we call 15 days before arrival, they say that they do not book by phone at all and you need to come after the fact (we always booked in advance and repeatedly by phone). The next day, another girl replies that everything has been booked since May. When asked how since May, if we repeatedly called in May and were told that the reservation was not accepted, only two weeks in advance. We did not receive a clear answer .It turns out that our visit to the doctor coincided with the Slavic Bazaar. As a result, the tickets were handed over and the doctor 's appointment was postponed . The attitude is certainly very strange, why dynamite??? You could have said right away that the bets were placed on other guests. I spent time and money on calls.

nice rooms, clean, spacious double room, about 16 sq.m., excellent water pressure in the shower. For 45 rubles per person it is quite enough. The reception has inexpensive juices, waters, biscuits, shampoos at the usual price. Our room looked directly onto the platform and it felt like the train was coming right at you)) But we were so tired that even I, with my insomnia, fell asleep and slept soundly until morning

I stayed here on the weekend due to a reservation made in advance by email. The room has everything you need to stay. A small minus is that after the previous guests, the trash in the bathroom remained untidy and used shower gel bags were lying on the washbasin.
The view from the room through the arched windows was on the forecourt, the noise of the city was almost inaudible. Conveniently, there is a 24-hour buffet with food and drinks in the building.

It's a great place. Convenient location-the city center, close to all attractions, shops, bus station. The rooms are spacious. There is everything you need - a refrigerator, a microwave and cold and hot water in a cooler. The plumbing and furniture are a little " tired ", but it did not spoil the overall impression. It's still not 5 stars. For this money, it is quite acceptable. The girls at the reception are always polite, they will tell you and help you. I recommend.

This is the second time I have stayed in this small hotel located on the second floor of the railway station. The room is very modestly furnished...It resembles a Soviet - era sanatorium . But clean , beds with good mattresses and an old working TV. The friendly staff is friendly. My train arrives at 03:00. Registration and check-in to the room happened quickly...and half an hour later I fell asleep in the cozy bed of this lovely hotel.
