It all started with the fact that the cost of windows on the phone was calculated to me by 1500 UAH less than after measurement, although the parameters have not changed. The measurer was 40 minutes late, but as it turned out, it was still flowers. After making a 50% prepayment, the fun began - no one called us anymore, we had to tell them ourselves and find out when we would get the windows. The installation date was shifted from 12 to 14 days, but this is nonsense. Installers on the appointed day were "delayed" for two and a half hours without warning! after 15 calls to the company and 150 minutes of waiting in an empty cold apartment (new building) We were finally honored with a visit. I understand that there are force majeure situations, but you need to at least call and warn. not everyone can stay at home on a working day and wait for the installers to finally come (and will they come at all?!).

Bad attitude towards customers. They constantly postpone the installation time, arguing that the contract has 14 working days - but first they write down the next few days of installation and then they fool their heads saying there are a lot of orders. If you value your time, contact another company. Boorish attitude after making an advance payment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
