She was in the maternity hospital of the 3rd hospital at the end of May this year. There are no questions for the staff, everything is fine. Both doctors and cleaners know their job :) ... finding a hospital in the city center is not bad, BUT! Our building was the last one to Ulyanovsk... you just live on the street with trams and cars. It was hot and you couldn't open the window, and if you did, it would be very noisy. And in the evening and at night there was no salvation. In the area of one or two o'clock in the morning, both car and motorcycle races were organized... In short, my review is not about the hospital itself, but about its unfortunate location on the one hand. I'm shooting one star for the noise. And doctors are all 5 stars. Thank you for helping me with the birth of my son 😀
