I'm taking my second laptop from the guys. One of them took it to his wife, six months later he stopped downloading, brought it to the guys, the next day they called and said everything was ready, you can pick it up. They didn't take a dime of money, they said they did everything under warranty. I thought at the beginning the warranty was only on a piece of paper, but it turned out to actually work!!!
