The employees who take orders are terribly rude both on the phone and in real life. There are no questions for the engineers, the problem has not been solved, but it has been roughly explained. Visiting this service center spoiled the mood for the whole day. I do not recommend it

I handed over HP Victus 16 to this service center, there was a problem with memory, they did it in a week, updated the Bios and Windows additionally.There are no questions about the work of the staff, everything was done professionally, there are no signs of repair on the laptop, everything is beautiful, high-quality.The girls answered all the questions that arose.Everything is great, everything is fine.I recommend this service center.
