A good store. For its size, it has a large selection of drinks, sweets, alcohol, chips, meat, etc. The biggest advantage of this store is self-service cash desks with remote confirmation so that the cashier does not run to the cash register and back every time. The main staff is cool, but sometimes strange personalities come to replace them 😀

The store employees who lay out the goods are just being rude as much as possible. Yes, you don't have much space in the store, but I'm a customer. I don't want to rub against your grocery carts, and when you push their cart to get through, they look at you with such hatred that you get the impression that you've done something very bad. And one of the employees, seeing that I wanted to drive down the aisle with a stroller, put her cart in my way anyway and began to lay out the goods. It's just a big minus for the store for such staff.
And of course, a separate topic is the price tags, which simply do not exist, guess the price of the goods yourself.
Also, an expired product was once bought in the store. That is, you place your carts along the aisles, but the product cannot be replaced in a timely manner

A low-price store, and a corresponding contingent of customers in it (mostly pensioners and alcoholics). Apparently, the staff is already used to rudely and unceremoniously communicating with such a contingent in their store, because the latter cannot adequately object to them. Therefore, in the store according to Holodeda 38A, THERE IS COMPLETELY NO SUBORDINATION BETWEEN THE SELLER AND THE BUYER.
And a note to the rest: CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS CAREFULLY.
As an example: in this store (however, as in other networks), there is always a tray /basket with a non-condition in the trading floor, i.e. a product at a lower price. On August 3, I took bananas with damaged skins from such a basket (for pancakes). Besides bananas, there were tomatoes, but there were no price tags for either product. I asked the employee of the hall about the price of these bananas, they answered me 1.10 rubles. At the checkout, I warned Veronika Shimanovich, the cashier, that bananas were a noncondition from a special basket on the hall. But she punched the product at the usual price, pretended that she did not understand what it was about and called the hall administrator to resolve the controversial issue. She, in turn, argued that these bananas should be punched at the usual price. I objected: "Then why do you have a basket with substandard discounted goods in the hall, if the goods in it are sold at the usual price, on a par with high-quality ones?" The hall administrator did not listen to me, but roughly took away a bag of bananas and returned them to the hall. Feeling that I was right, it was the easiest way for her to get away from solving the problem.
If these reviews are ever read by the management of the Kopek network, I hope for a solution to the above problems, which not only I write about, but also many other buyers.
The store chain is generally good. But this does not mean that if there is a cheap product, then the attitude towards the buyer should be cheap

I live next to this store, and overall, I'm happy. There are a couple of nuances that can fix everything. These are queues... Sometimes, when I enter a store, I see a crowd of 20 people and a poor cashier working alone, I immediately lose the desire to come in and waste time. And this, unfortunately, happens very often. I would like to ask the management of this service point to take up this task, as I believe this is the biggest problem in this store today.

I'm not happy with the store. Very often, there are either no price tags or they do not match. There is no standard of service at the ticket offices. They will never say hello, and there is no question of offering a package at all. The drawers for things in general amazed me. There is not a single key, they are either occupied by 30% of all, or, as in this situation, 70% do not work. As you come to a rural store, you no longer want to visit this "store".
