The selection of products is standard for the Shopping Cart.uz, almost everything is a necessary set in everyday life. The prices are reasonable, although some items may cause, if not complaints, then questions. Although this trend is typical for all retail chains. I consider the advantages of the Basket to be: parking, a cool summer and warm winter microclimate, the usual placement of goods on the shelves, a flawlessly working cashback system (savings card), tandoor and fresh tortillas (as for me in the branch in question, they are the best). The disadvantages (this applies to the Basket network as a whole) include the fact that I have never found all the cash registers working. There are cash registers, but there are not enough cashiers.

The staff is often slow. We recently put tandoor for baking tortillas. But, unfortunately, there are not always tortillas. The number of operating ticket offices depends on the flow of visitors. I didn't like this online store. It was a little difficult to register in the app. The store itself is in great demand. There are quite a lot of people at any time. But there is no pandemonium at the ticket offices, because new cash desks are quickly opened if there are more than 4-5 people at the checkout. In the hall, employees will be happy to tell you where the product of interest is or call another employee who knows Russian or English. I am happy with this store and its employees.

Unfortunately, this particular store leaves much to be desired, since there are always a lot of people due to the fact that there are few cashiers, when asked where the rest of the cashiers are, the manager often answers that they are at lunch, on a day off or just not there, so they almost constantly have to queue at the checkout... And when hands are busy, none of the staff will offer help or at least roll a basket to the customer, in the meat department one of the sellers very often hangs out or does not report the selected products at all. Price tags are often inverted or in places they stand for other goods, so you take it for one price and it turns out to be more expensive ... Only minus this particular branch.
