The second one is somehow better than abandonment. In this case, you can safely say thank you to the city for working with the building.
And about the complaints about the "beggarly shops" of ala second — and it's almost impossible to live in another way. It's such a time! Let's say thank you that there are such places at all.

A good shopping center. We mostly stop at Modamax, along with a pharmacy and a store. Parking is small, but when we arrived there were always places. In general, I recommend you to visit.
