Kostanay is a tire service that has already established itself as the best and most experienced car tire service, but when I visited it, I came from Rudny… I felt like such a customer, kind of superfluous and bored in this store, as if I go to this store day after day, I went to the consultant and asked the size of the rubber I needed, the consultant at first did not seem to notice me, I applied again, they took me to the basement and showed me the tires according to my parameters, I said that I would to buy, we went up to the top for registration, when placing an order, two cylinders were available, I asked for an alternative, what else is there with the same size, to which they answered NOTHING, I understood so they just turned me down and I left with nothing... at home I sat on the Internet and found my cylinders and again- the same site brought me to Kostanay-tire service, only to another address, behind the Zatobolovka ring, I went again, they found tires according to my parameters according to the price list and sent them to the warehouse again on Semina Street, I arrived and took everything away normally. But I spent two days searching for my tires because of some GREEDY sales manager on Semin, initially it was just for SCRAP to show him everything he has available at the price list, for this reason I rode from Rudny to Zatobolovka and from Zatobolovka to Rudny for two days. If I were the head of this organization, I would kick such consultants in the ass. I will not mention his name. That's why my friends... I give you a well-deserved three stars because you don't pull any more thanks to the sales manager at Semin. Thank you all for your attention!!!

It is very ugly towards the client and not professional. I think that grating with the employer should take place without the participation of the client. And the price must be officially fixed by the price list. It turns out that if you are not an expert and you are not particularly oriented in prices, you will be beaten and sold at exorbitant prices, then what could be bought there and at the same time cheaper .... And finally, a small life hack, if you plan to buy in a tire service, first take an account in Kostanay Kama. It's like a "red rag" for them and you show it to the manager. You are immediately given a normal price!
