I don 't know why this hospital is, if the doctors in it go around the offices for days and can 't help with anything . Only a few are useful . As for the building itself:you can put the toilets in order , remove these antediluvian booths , put normal sinks . Perhaps you can even put TVs in the corridors, because the queues are huge sometimes and the children would be watching, and the elderly are interested . More flowers on the windowsills for comfort.
