As for the building itself:you can put the toilets in order , remove these antediluvian booths , put normal sinks . Perhaps you can even put TVs in the corridors, because the queues are huge sometimes and the children would be watching, and the elderly are interested . More flowers on the windowsills for comfort.

After the operation, in order to extend the sick leave, they spent there from 10 to three, loitering through the corridors, reception and offices. As a result, realizing that the sick leave was long, I was offered to go to the head's office.clinics to get her signature. This is the first time I've encountered this. The doctor's appointment itself was unacceptably long - about an hour. Although I repeat, after the operation, the examination was supposed to be only visual, for the condition of the seams. They could not get to the surgeon's appointment for suture removal on a certain day, even by appointment, apparently some force majeure circumstances. The recording was then canceled, then rewritten for another time or day. As a result, on the appointed day, the surgeon was away, the stitches were removed independently at home.
