Good day to all! I want to write my review. Overall, I liked it. Based on other reviews, it seems that everything is bad. Maybe I had a small problem, so they helped me. The doctor consulted me, without tests, the conclusion was "not made by eye." The attitude was good from the registry to the tests. They joked with me and consulted me well. The doctor's own voice may seem rude, but he is benevolent. I was in room 44 and 36. I didn't remember the names of the doctors.

This place claims to have 0 stars, but, unfortunately, to write a review, you need to put at least one.
Everyone (from women from the registry to doctors) treats patients in a completely boorish and irresponsible way.
I have been suffering from atopic dermatitis for more than 8 years. During this time, no one prescribed me anything but hormones, but then I hear: "What!? Who prescribed this to you at all???And when it comes to a critical condition, they don't know what to write out and shove them into the hospital.
In the fall, I was treated at the hospital in allergology, they told me to register with the kozhven and wondered why no one had put me there before. I made an appointment with a doctor, brought a discharge, the doctor said: "Okay, I'll get you registered." Huh, you know what? When I came to the reception a month later, the receptionist told me that I was not registered. Seriously, what are they doing there?? The appointment is always by coupons, but when you come to an appointment, most often, you will not even see 1 person near the office. And how many times have I observed a situation when people with children come and they URGENTLY need advice. And what do these people hear in response at the reception? That's right - "appointment only".
A lot of people here write about paid recording. Oh, yes, that's exactly it. I haven't been able to sign up there for a month, calling every Friday from 8 a.m. Last week I called there 43 times in the morning (8 o'clock). When I FINALLY managed to get through at 8:30, I heard in response: "There are no coupons, they ran out 10 minutes ago." 10 minutes ago??!?! Thanks :)
This week, MIRACULOUSLY, at 8:05, I was able to get through. But you know what?? I heard it.: "There are no coupons, there were none, call me next week." Why did they think of making a queue for NON-PAID services that they could sit in (even if there would be 14 people in front of you), but not for PAID ones??
In a paid clinic, the doctor brought my skin into more or less a state of remission faster than here in 8 damn years. Don't waste your time and nerves. It is better to spend money and get a normal attitude and, indeed, help.

Doctors don't give a damn about patients.
It's not the first time I've come across it.
At the reception, it feels like I've come home to the doctor and am climbing with my problems.
I'm not talking about scraping off my face at all.
She asked if there would be nothing left on her face. So after that, there was a feeling that the whole skin was torn even more on purpose.
Every time I come out, I feel like I've been spat on.
They still haven't helped once. They only made it worse.
The receptionist alone is a super nice woman.
