Complete unsanitary conditions and arrogance of hairdressers! I brought my mother for a haircut, she explained what she needed, in the end, until I intervened, it didn't go well, it felt like we were coming home to the hairdresser, and not to work, where she should do her job!

It's usually a queue. The last time I stood for about 40 minutes. It is possible by appointment (without queue).

I read so many good reviews... maybe I was just unlucky... But then why wasn't the administration not only outraged, but even surprised by my case?
And if this is the position of the administration, then normal masters will either leave or accept the rules of the institution.
I do not exclude that there may be good craftsmen there, because there are many craftsmen there, but my case can make the hair stand on end.
I don't get my hair cut often, it's hard to spoil it: trim it in length, and cut my bangs. Even if it's not very successful, it will grow back, but it's harder to put it down. My hair is below my waist... were. So, I have no particular complaints about haircuts
I faced such horror as in this barbershop for the second time in my life: they cut everything down to a short haircut.
Then, many years ago, in another barbershop, at least they did a decent short haircut, but here they just cut the hair in shreds and left it as it is. True, they were slightly trimmed in places, but not very evenly and not everywhere.
That's the whole situation. Then just the details, if you're interested.
I went to cut my bangs and trim the ends. My hair was very long and I was sitting on it all the time, I had to do something about it.
I asked what the hairdresser could offer (maybe bangs are more interesting there or a hair cut line), so she attacked me that they say I want free stylist services from her. I offered to pay, but she said she didn't have time for such services.
I was about to leave, but she abruptly changed her anger to mercy, and began to persuade me to have a short haircut. I said I wanted to keep the length just below the waist, maybe a little shorter in front. I asked for bangs just below the level of the eyelashes.
My eyesight is bad, and her glasses were in the way. I had to take them off. Usually, the glasses are asked to be removed only when the bangs are leveled. I was surprised, but I haven't felt the catch yet. I saw that she was deftly folding and arranging her cropped hair into packages with the movements of a magician, and I was already somehow wary, but did not appreciate the scale of the disaster. And it might have seemed like it: because of my poor eyesight, I could misinterpret her movements and mistake her for a strand of hair, some kind of ribbon. Or maybe it's bundles of short scraps, so I don't mind - let him take it. When she cut her bangs and it barely reached the middle of her forehead, I said it was too short, but it was too late.
When I put on my glasses, I was horrified. The bangs were cut a little deeper than from the top of the head with a palm-wide strip, and crookedly and very short: when dried with a hair dryer, the bangs stood almost vertically and did not want to lie on the forehead., It looked like a slightly sagging and disheveled punk comb. And when I crushed it with water, I covered 1/4 of the height of my forehead (my forehead is high). Her hair barely reached her shoulders from behind.
I was horrified, and she said that it was a bob haircut, it would suit me, it just took a while for my hair to get used to and fit, I had to go to her for styling.
Which bob?! A short-cropped strip the width of a palm from the top of the head to the forehead and the rest of the hair cut straight off, in front and - and do not reach the collarbones, from behind - just below the neck. On the one hand, the hair above the temple is cut to a thickness of about 1 cm, on the other, a tuft hangs to the shoulders.
It feels like she just cut off what she needs to pick up, and there it remains, so it remains.
I asked her to give at least some shape to the haircut, but she looked at me in such a way that I understood: If I don't run away as I am, I'll go bald.
Ask why I didn't stop her earlier? I just didn't have time.And I was stunned by surprise.
She cut my hair for less than 5 minutes. In just a few seconds, she cut the strands from behind and put them in bags. And quickly cut the whole "bangs" at once. And then what should I do?
I also checked with a friend. He said he saw her putting the strands in a bag on the bedside table behind me, but he didn't say anything because he thought it was the right thing to do.
And she happily scooped up the unwanted remnants of her hair from the floor into the trash and called the next one.
I wanted to pick up the cut hair, but she said that everything was in the trash and had already mixed with the rest. Like, take it yourself if you want.. There were only short cut ends in the trash.
- And what kind of hair is in the bags on the bedside table?! I asked.
"It's mine, don't mess with it," she replied and ran off with the bags.
She returned and began to cut the next victim's hair, and told me not to interfere with her work.
She was so sure of her own impunity that it was clear that this was not the first time she was pulling this off and getting away with it.
I wanted to complain, but she confidently stated that I ordered just such a bang, and now she changed her mind, and she cut 5 cm from the length, as I asked. Yes, she cut off about 40 cm!... And she said that it was so, and I will also answer for slander.
I didn't get involved. Apparently they have worked out a scheme for such cases and butting heads with them will be long and difficult, and maybe useless. And it won't bring your hair back.
An attempt to get a complaint book or an adequate response from the administration ended in nothing. Maybe because I was confused and upset. I should have been tougher. But I was shocked.
In general, I do not want to write how pathetic I looked and how I was kicked like a garbage cat and kicked out, convinced that black is white.

But now I'm faced with a significant problem: I didn't have cash, I wanted to pay with a card. You can't! And this is in the 21st century, when the smallest sole proprietor is required to have a terminal! There is no way to pay with a card in a barbershop with a capacity of at least 100 people per day.
In short, I came in with a card - there is no queue. While I was filming, two people came. I'm sitting right now, waiting. The horror! I wanted three stars, but still only 2!!! In public places, I think everything should be for people! If I had bought a used spare part for a car, I would not have opened my mouth. But in a barbershop with such a flow - this should not be!!!!

The master refused to do it, giving unintelligible arguments, like: "you don't have enough hair length for this haircut." And I showed a shorter haircut than I have now. (I will attach a photo of an example haircut and my hair length)

Then you sign up for a separate room, and then it's kind of busy there and go to the general one and the price tag is overstated, as for another room, then after cutting the coloring there are complexes of the same lamination, but again it turns out at full cost as a separate service, and not as an additional one.the service is similar to the previous ones (which comes at a lower price tag in the price list, and why they cannot clearly explain), the last time they said 60p in advance for a haircut and painting when recording, it came out in fact 90, and they did not give a check, but I know that they considered several hair washes to wash off the paint and for overspending on thick hair but no matter how I recorded them and did not hide them, the calculation is too steep, and it would be fine if after 2 weeks the paint did not wash off and the roots did not become a different color. In general, the last time my foot set foot in this institution, there are a lot of hairdressers where you can put yourself in order for the same money and initially the final amount will be told and you will calmly pay off with a check with a card, and not how the master decides to make money on you

During the maintenance, the master left his workplace several times. He did not react to my remark at the end of the so-called "haircut" in any way.
I do not recommend contacting this institution. People who work with beauty and should themselves be the standard of beauty, or at least strive for it. And the administration of the institution needs to be more demanding in the selection of personnel.

I came to get a manicure. She left dumbfounded. The administrator barely found my entry, I had to wait 10 minutes, although I arrived exactly at the time of recording. The manicure master is rude, I chose the colors on the palette, the master informed me that they were not available. I chose others, the master began to convince me that it was ugly and I would not like it (and I picked up ready-made designs on the Internet). As a result, it turned out that the first shades I declared are still there. The manicure is hardware, the entire cuticle is cut, and I did not understand about the cleanliness and disposable nature of the tool, the file was clearly not new. As a result, crookedly filed length, bumpy coating without alignment, sawed with a milling cutter during manicure. And that's all for 25 rubles. The coating is monochrome in two shades, the design needs to be recorded separately (when recording, the administrator did not specify preferences). In the end, the master scooped up the money from the table and left without any "waiting", and I was still left to pack up, put my purse and glasses in my bag, correct myself. 😒
After that, I found a girl who does everything neatly and cleanly for the same money, but I will not return here.
