I thought that nothing could overshadow this day even more. When you come here, you expect sympathy, sorrow, and understanding. Already during registration, I had to deal with rudeness and rudeness on the part of the administrator, and out of the blue. Maybe we were just unlucky and the other staff here are more humane. The administrator Natalia created a conflict situation, as it turned out later, she conveyed incorrect information to us. Apparently, this behavior is the norm for her. I don't understand how anyone can work in such a place and be such a callous person, devoid of any empathy for the deceased and his loved ones. Rude, angry at everyone and everything, the concept of ethics is completely absent. For me, this is the height of unprofessionalism, because saying goodbye to loved ones is a moment that will be remembered forever.

In the empty columbarium at the Forest Cemetery, you will be determined by lottery to the bottom row, because it is inconvenient for burial workers to run from row to row.
All these arguments seem so cruel and unfair.
Many people do not care where and how to bury it, but for some it is of great importance.
It is a pity that in such a difficult situation you are treated like a conveyor belt of money, without humanity. And where would she come from, in such a place.

When ordering a monument from a third-party organization, the store gives a drawing with standard dimensions, where it is indicated that the horizontal part should be 60 * 40cm, and the plate itself on which the monument is installed turned out to be 70 * 40. And it turns out that 10cm are not closed...
Therefore, it is better to take this point into account and order a 70cm long horizontal part of the monument.
Or to clarify this information.
The store could not give a clear explanation about this.

Passed on July 10 (Saturday). we ordered an urgent cremation, the issuance of an urn and the registration of the necessary documents (an act on the absence of extraneous attachments) for July 12 (Monday). Already at 11:00 on the 12th they called and said that everything was ready - you can pick it up. We are grateful for the prompt and courteous prompt service.
