A good residential complex . Large swimming pool, Hammam, gym. There is a place where you can sit and relax: last year they finally put up a giant gazebo, instead of two that had a torn roof. In winter, the apartments are not heated, it is cool. The sea is 8-9 minutes away at a slow pace. The market is 5-7 minutes away on Tuesdays. There are a lot of shops around. 200 m away is the square of Russian Dolls. There are currency exchange terminals nearby, and it is possible to withdraw money from the card. The mountains are also nearby. Half an hour to the airport by taxi.
