I created an order (early in the morning), I received a confirmation for pickup from the store on F.Skaryna Street. I arrive, and the seller tells me with a big smile and with the words that we forgot to call you back that my positions are not available. There were no apologies, no solutions to the problem from her. I think this is just a terrible indicator of the level of attitude towards customers, and elementary rudeness. Decide for yourself whether it is worth contacting this grief organization after such an attitude.

As the name obviously indicates, fasteners are sold here. And tools. As a home diyer, I highly recommend it. And yet, the sellers (at least those that I got) do not just sell, but can also advise a suitable solution, in my case with repairing the closet and making a doghouse. In general, it's an awesome store, just that the work schedule on Friday is frustrating. But the store is good, like cookies, if you know this joke))))
