Impolite staff . They arrived on the night of December 31st to January 1st . It 's cold in the Sauna , the dishes are dirty , diapers with baby fiscal and contraceptives were lying in the Rest Room . The sauna is cold. The pool is cold, the staff entered the sauna without warning and without knocking !
