An employee stopped and demanded to pay for a broken chicken egg based on a video camera recording. I had to go into the security room. The video clearly shows that the box opened at a single touch right on the shelf. They immediately apologized and wished me a good day. That's just unclear, why stop it if it is clearly visible that the buyer is not to blame? Especially a buyer with a full cart, with goods for 150 rubles., for the sake of one egg worth 38 kopecks?...
