I would like to express my gratitude to Sergey Yurievich Stetsko! A very competent doctor, we always turn to him. He helped us a lot in making an accurate diagnosis, which is very important, especially when it comes to taking antibiotics. He revealed suspicions of mononucleosis, which was later confirmed by tests. We also monitor Sergey Yurievich's enlarged tonsils and adenoids and trust his opinion. So far, everything has been successful.

The worst clinic in Minsk! It's better to go to the state. We addressed the problem: more than a year ago, a man got sick with covid, there was a loss of odors, for more than a year a person has not felt any odors from the word at all. The reception lasted no more than 10 minutes, there was no examination as such, only a conclusion was written out with recommendations for taking vitamins, nasal irrigation and MRI. At the same time, they do not give a referral for an MRI scan, which is necessary (according to the requirements of the Ministry of Health). Other clinics give it, but they don't. Now, in order to fulfill the recommendations of the head of this clinic, you need to go to another clinic to see an ENT and pay again to get an MRI scan. And the clinic itself looks like an incomprehensible rented room. Upon entering this so-called clinic, we immediately had doubts and not in vain. And admission to Dr. Ent is much more expensive than admission to any other paid center, which, in turn, prescribes a referral for an MRI scan. Bottom line: wasted money and wasted time!

Not a foot in here anymore. Find the entrance from the intersection of the Winners/Masherova is unrealistic. One a4 sheet with small print on the door. Is it really impossible to make a normal sign directly above the desired door or arrow signs at the main entrance?
A doctor who conducts a children's appointment does not know how to find an approach to children. She tried to calm a 3-year-old child crying with fear with the words "don't cry. Shut your mouth."
Both the doctor and the nurse talked down. They proved that I put something in my child's ears, so he has traffic jams, despite the fact that I know perfectly well that this should absolutely not be done and never put anything in, and traffic jams can appear for completely different reasons. Later, in another situation, when they saw that I was following the instructions of another ENT (by the way, a very competent one who works at the Russian Orthodox Church), they said that I was doing everything wrong and made fun of me and their colleague and arrogantly rolled their eyes. Or maybe it would be better to double-check the relevance of your knowledge? And apparently they haven't heard anything about medical ethics. No appointments were made, instead we were sent to the hospital, so we spent another half day for the ENT specialist in the infectious diseases department to say that we had nothing to worry about and only needed to drip our nose and drink an antibiotic. The impressions from the MC are terrible, for your own money you can waste a lot of time, exhaust all your nerves and still eventually go to a government agency for help.
