Disgusting cantor. I turned to them as "experts in the field of the Internet." The master arrived a month later, as promised, twisted my antenna, pre-installed, took off 140p and after a couple of days the Internet became worse than it was before them. The master came a second time, twisted the antenna again, the Internet appeared again, but not for long. To a direct question from me what should I do, change the router or antenna, or raise the antenna higher, the master did not answer anything, he does not even know the prices. As a result, after Googling, I bought and installed everything myself. I.e. was it difficult for me to tell about it right away? Never contact them, it's expensive, the same routers they have are more expensive by 200 rubles, the service is not good, you expect calls from them for several days, money is not returned for poorly done work, horror!!!

After numerous independent attempts, everything was eventually solved by the challenge of their master... In an area where there was no Internet, there was no word at all... The speed was caught up to 10 Mbit with an external antenna...

I am disappointed with this company. They installed their equipment for the Internet and wifi for me outside the city. For a lot of money, they promised that it would be enough to strengthen communication and access the Internet. But it turned out that the antenna is weak and installed in the wrong direction. No wifi, no internet. It is impossible to get through. I sent a request for THAT twice. They responded only when they started looking for third-party "fixers" of problems with Internet access. However, apart from useless remote consulting and stating the fact that there are problems in the antenna and the promise to send a specialist locally (for a very decent fee -170 rubles), nothing else happened. I could not get through again. P.S. I turned to other specialists. They reinstalled the antenna, said that Crox did not "sweat" to look for a signal at all, the antenna was installed anyhow. I do not recommend it.

An excellent company, professionally consulted with the choice of a kit for 4G Internet in the country. They even double-checked my information about the towers of mobile operators closest to home and the terrain features, gave me appropriate advice on installing and configuring the antenna. The necessary equipment is in stock, I picked up everything without any problems after 3 hours. The quality of the equipment did not cause any complaints, there is a very useful option for remote control of the router via SMS messages. I installed and configured everything myself according to the instructions. Huge respect for the built-in Antenna Pointing option in the router, it is very convenient and informative, and most importantly, even an amateur can clearly understand whether you are setting up the antenna correctly (the parameter turned green - the correct setting, the color changed when turning to yellow or orange - move in the wrong direction! It even shows the distance to the tower!). I easily tuned in and checked the signal from three nearby towers of two operators, and eventually chose one, although located further from home, but it has the highest speed of both receiving and transmitting data. The effect of using the Kroks kit exceeded all expectations - the best data transfer rate that could be achieved using a conventional 4G modem hardly reached 1.5MB/s in clear weather. With Kroks, even in cloudy weather, when previously with a conventional modem the speed generally dropped to 10 kB /s, now 35-40 MB / s !!! I took several sets of equipment: for communication and for the Internet. these are inherently different complexes. one of them picked up the connection in the country village. there was no connection, the connection became excellent and 3G mobile Internet, even if it was not fast, appeared. there was nothing before. The tower is 14km away over rough terrain. I put the second complex in another place. in the village, everything is fine with the connection, 4g even pulled from 800 Hz. the speed is normal on the street. I needed a normal Internet connection. the option was to connect Beltelecom or install it from Crocs. I chose Crox equipment due to the possibility of installing it day in and day out. I bought it, mounted it, it works. I plan to raise the second complex higher, to the mast. although so the Internet is great. I am happy with everything) the equipment is made soundly, it is quite simple to set up.
