The kitchen was delivered and assembled by the company's specialists as soon as possible!
During installation, minor problems with the facades turned out, a specialist from the complaint department arrived and agreed to completely dismantle them and install new ones for free!!!!! From the first meeting with the designer to the completion of the kitchen installation, only positive impressions remained. When designing the kitchen, designer Elena K. approached the issue competently, answered all questions of interest, and the cost of the kitchen was calculated at the first meeting. Elena solved all the questions quickly, she was always in touch. A kitchen plan was drawn up, a tile and electrical installation scheme was made. Preliminary measurements were made, then measurements after the repair was completed. All the nuances of the cuisine were taken into account. The kitchen was done on time, laziness and the time of kitchen delivery and assembly time were agreed in advance. The installer Pavel left only a positive impression. I can confidently recommend this company. They work clearly, solve tasks quickly, and help determine the design and convenient location of equipment.
I liked the work of designer Anastasia and assembler Nikolai.
The kitchen is made of MDF, the countertop is made of a compact plate. It looks stylish and expensive. And the price turned out to be more profitable than other companies. I compared several companies before deciding on a choice.

Thanks to Cherry Kitchens for our cuisine. It turned out exactly as we wanted.
We liked the photos of the ready-made kitchen designs, we calculated the cost of our kitchen with designer Irina in advance, taking into account our wishes, and fixed the cost of the kitchen by concluding an agreement. This is very convenient, because it is possible to start repairing, according to the finished redesign project, after some time, and not immediately, but the price of the kitchen will not change. After the repair is completed, a measurer arrives and measures the exact parameters of the walls and ready-made communications after the repair, and only then the kitchen goes into production.
The production time is about a month.
Many thanks to our designer Irina for her advice and constant communication on all issues of interest during the renovation.
We strongly recommend signing a contract in the showroom, because there is an opportunity to "try" all the most popular mechanisms for opening / closing shutters and kitchen doors, and thus choose the most convenient one for yourself.

We approached the planning and arrangement of the kitchen carefully: we wanted the kitchen to be practical, spacious and pleasing to the eye. It is not the most pleasant communication experience, since the price-quality ratio does not match the prices that you are being offered. The attitude towards the client is as careless as possible, if you want to get a kitchen = solve all the issues yourself, no one knows anything, complete incompetence. An endless shift in deadlines, delivery adjusts to itself, not to you, not the entire order was brought during delivery, no one knows why and how, empty excuses and again an extension of deadlines. The quality of the material is worse than ever, it is unrealistic to find a completely perfect element, there are chips all over, the processing of the slices is terrible. The collector (the only person who does his job and is able to solve issues, although these are not his problems) was not notified of incomplete delivery of the order, so he could not assemble the entire kitchen at once = again, extension of deadlines and waiting for delivery. The kitchen was ordered in mid-August and commissioned at the end of October.

We've assembled the wrong kitchen!
There were many nuances when the kitchen was designed, everything was taken into account, signed, and as a result, a kitchen with different sizes arrived. (The dimensions were critical, because there was a possibility that they would not be able to install the ceilings) They offered to redo it at our expense, well done!
The bottle shelf was skewed after a week of using the kitchen. The issue was allegedly referred to the complaints department and promised to be resolved within 2 weeks. A month has passed - silence. The extended guarantee is just lip service on Instagram.
Two stars just for the fact that the overall kitchen was well assembled.

It was made quickly. The only drawback was during assembly, but it depends on the professionalism of the assembler, i.e. the assembly conditions were not met under the contract.

I was very disappointed in this organization. The kitchen is beautiful, the price is quite adequate. But the service is mediocre. The kitchen is only 3 meters long, while the number of joints is off the scale:
1. the backlight was not reported for the showcase (and they could not take it for a week).
2. the bottom was not reported to one locker
3. the shelf for the cabinet with a hood was not made correctly, but a simple white board was brought to replace it
4. the countertop was brought the wrong one
5. put 6 hinges without closers
7. once they promised to bring the parts from 11 to 13, they were delivered only by 16.
The issues were all resolved slowly and very disregard for the customers.
8. Communication is not entirely clear ... who should have been contacted if there were problems.
In response to my complaints, it was said: "well, you understand, we have individual kitchens, there are shoals everywhere, we have a steam in our production." It's kind of rude....
The only plus is that they brought her 10 working days faster.
And plus, the collector Vladimir is a pleasant person, collects carefully, but because of so many problems it turned out slowly.
As a result: the kitchen was assembled within 6 working days. Within the framework of the agreement, of course, we met. But in fact, it could be assembled in 3 days!
The kitchen turned out to be beautiful.

Of the disadvantages, I note that when measuring, the designer said that it might be necessary to move the outlet for the oven, that when the technique is selected, she will tell you exactly whether it is necessary or not. I then asked if something needed to be done with the outlet, they replied that it was not. As a result, during installation, we had to urgently look for an electrician and resolve the issue of transfer.
