When I visit Istanbul, I always buy myself fresh shrimps, which are immediately prepared for me in a cafe and I take the ready-made ones to the hotel. In March, the cost of 1 kilogram of tiger prawns was 200lr +100lr for cooking-my daughter and I ate too much. In December, prices increased by 2 times. I took half a kilo for the same money, they also cooked it on the grill and offered tea for free.

The place is worth visiting at least once. An ordinary fishing market, where you can immediately prepare the purchased product. According to the reviews below, I chose the first restaurant to the left of the entrance. We had shrimps and Turkish mussels with rice. The mussels didn't go by, but the shrimps are divine: fresh and perfectly cooked, not rubbery, in butter, baked. I recommend a visit.

The entourage is cheap, the pitch is about nothing, the prices are cosmic and also dissatisfied - despondency. . Accordingly, there are no people there, there are plenty of places around the city with the same menu and cheaper. If you want pathos, eat a fish head for insane money, and I? As of March 2024, prices have increased significantly, and all these fish have long been no longer worth 120-170 lire. Now the cheapest is 180 lire, and so here the prices are 250-360 lire for 1 fish. The soup is not 40 lire, but 100) and this is in the most inexpensive place. There is a fish mini market and cafes / restaurants of 9 pieces. There are few fish in the windows, there are practically no guests, apparently the demand is small. All sellers are calling to themselves. The cheapest is the cafe immediately to the left of the entrance. But it doesn't look good and there is 1 person working there. He takes orders, he cooks and serves. For 630 liras they took a delicious fish soup, sea bass, squid rings (180 liras, not tasty at all :(), juice and French fries (90 liras, delicious). In other places, prices are 1.5-2 times more expensive) and in Istanbul itself it is even more expensive by 3 times, so it is well worth coming, but the prices of past reviews are not very relevant)

We were here today, we bought langoustines and oysters right at the entrance. About 1.3 kg each. I paid 800 lire for it. Then they cooked it all in the restaurant, 4 cups of tea, salad, bread and butter and dessert (a piece of baklava, an orange and an apple), there was also water, they put a table right on the lawn and the view was great. It all came out to 600 lire plus a tip of 50-100 lire or so, I don't remember exactly how much, I gave everything small. In general, I highly recommend it!

At the same time, only drinks can be ordered in the restaurant itself, and the fish will be cooked in the form in which you order it. We took two fish, octopus, squid, king prawns, and I don't remember how many bottles of beer. It cost 655 liras, we didn't finish dinner, and the next day we had enough for lunch.
