The food is amazing and very tasty. I tried pork barbeque. Highly recommended if you love armenian cuisine. I also loved the atmosphere and service.

I was there for the first time. 02/09/2025. First impressions - cozy, atmospheric, impressed by the open kitchen. To my great regret, all the positive emotions disappeared when our order arrived. The food was disgusting! The shish kebab (which we had been waiting for quite a long time) was raw, not fried, and the gata just finished off all my taste buds!!! It was disgusting, tasteless, with a filling as raw as clay and at the same time cost 6 Thousand!!! dram. But the highlight of our ruined dinner was the chef's exit, to whom we, without any rudeness or raised tones, voiced our problems. He assumed the pose of a bull and instead of finding out what flaws there were in his restaurant in order to eliminate them, he began to talk absolute nonsense and explain to us that the fried shish kebab is just a marinade, and the gata is the best and cooked according to the Armenian recipe and everything is excellent and delicious! The most disgusting thing was that he said it in such a tone and with such disdain that I wanted to write this review. The task of a competent chef is to serve delicious food, smooth out conflict situations rather than aggravate them, and do everything to ensure that customers leave satisfied rather than wasting them!!!! They didn't even apologize to us, we paid our small bill and left the place in a terrible mood. I will never visit this place again and I do not recommend it to anyone!

The prize in the "Customer is always wrong" and "Pay and go" categories is served beautifully, but the cooking is not delicious, and customer orientation is close to zero. I ordered trout - it was served beautifully decorated, but spoiled by an awkward balance of spices, the chef and the receptionist, instead of finding out the flaws and trying to fix the dish or redo it, hurried to persuade me to pay for it (I did not touch the dish, except for a small piece, which I tasted). The interior is like a "four-piece" if you do not take into account the excessively loud music in the hall. Verdict: I recommend this "restaurant" as a concert hall or exhibition hall.

We arrived on the advice of a local. A decent place with a partially open kitchen. It's nicely decorated.
It was all very tasty. But the impression was spoiled by the service of a certain Ruben. We had 3 families and we asked for separate accounts, to which he refused. We asked the manager, explained the situation and they left for 15 minutes just to confer on how to do it. There are no problems everywhere, but here it's just bad luck. As a result, they allowed it. But then this Ruben walked around with a stony face all evening and served disgustingly. He did not top up the wine, did not remove the empty plates, never smiled. They asked for the bill and brought it in Armenian. Translate as you wish. I asked in Russian, they brought it. In general, the staff was not happy with our visit.

We ordered a lot of food , just a little , all the food was terribly not tasty , the seasoning of meat and fish was incomprehensible and not tasty , there were a lot of spices , the feeling that everything was pickled with ketchup or tomato paste , we arrived home and after a couple of hours the whole family had a stomach ache , ran to the toilet all night , all 4 adults had poisoning , the wife threw up . It's a terrible place, it's beautiful inside, but the food is terrible, I don't recommend it, and I'll never go there again.

We were only at the hotel breakfast - it's normal, but nothing special. My friends say that the cuisine is very tasty outside of breakfast, but I haven't had a chance to try it myself yet.
The interior and furnishings are very pleasant.

The hotel's restaurant has a cozy interior and amazing cuisine. There was live music in the evening. Delicious dishes and show presentation caused gastronomic ecstasy. I want to come back here again.

Pleasant interior, responsive unobtrusive staff, calm quiet music that does not interfere with communication (which often happens).
I really liked stuffed eggplants, classic and branded khinkali (large size, lots of meat, the best of those that were tried in Armenia), and veal kebab. Chicken in cheese sauce is ordinary, quite tasty.
I take off the star for the veal salad with sheep cheese sauce. There was practically no sauce, the veal was not chewed, and a huge number of lettuce leaves, which by themselves were not interested without sauce.

it's pretty cozy, but the prices do not meet expectations at all, the waiter in such a kind of prestigious institution managed to mix up the order from only 2 positions, however, the bullshit that he brought was mistakenly included in the bill (if at least he brought a normal dish, then it would not be a pity. I was very hungry, I was able to stuff the other half into the trash (not camilfo). Veal ribs in HOT pepper sauce, according to the waiter, are just a fire, at the exit just a piece of meat, some burnt potatoes and absolutely no hot sauce... The only thing that saves this eatery is that there is nowhere else to eat in Gyumri...

Great place, cozy, large portions. A very cool salad with veal and sheep cheese sauce, fried spinach with cream and pine nuts and whitefish with vegetables (there were only 5 bones for two medium-sized fish). Not a bad lemonade (the favorite is with tonic and citrus), khinkali is good. The second time they asked us to make the dough from the khinkali even thinner - they met us halfway and did it, with a thin dough we can say that the khinkali are excellent!

A very pleasant atmosphere, polite waiters, an open kitchen, everything that we tried from the dishes was delicious, let's come again!
Lemonades are all delicious (for some it may be a little sweet), a beautiful presentation. I liked Khinkali, the most delicious in Gyumri definitely :) ask for the dough to be rolled out thinner - once we were served a little thick, the second time it was just fine.
