First of all, I understand Friday, a lot of people, you give orders for a long time, but 30 minutes?!?!! This is a very long time for fast food!!!
Second, I add extra to the portion for whom do I choose?! And I'm paying for what??? Why didn't they put them there if you have a receipt under your face when you cook!?
In the third, with a sour and dissatisfied face of the person who meets you and this is the first person who represents the institution, no matter what it is, you need to do something, it's no good!
Fortunately, I live here and I am always satisfied with the taste, I don't dig into it anymore. If you don't like it, don't eat it!! But something needs to be done about the filing time, attentiveness and mood of the staff. Thank you for your attention🫶🏻

I am a regular customer of Sesame Cafe. Previously, the quality of the food was always at a good level, but the last order made through the website was very disappointing. The French fries in the delivered order were cold, soft and damp. There were two tiny pieces of tuna in the tuna salad itself. Some very spicy sauce was added to the grillroll with beef and egg, which made it impossible to eat the roll.

The service is terrible: the blonde girl at the checkout counter, as soon as I approached to place an order, her eyes began to roll with unnatural activity, her face acquired such an expression as if she had eaten something sour - an unusual reaction to a person whom you see for the first time. I would like to note that while waiting for the order, I witnessed her polite treatment of customers. Then there was an attack of temporary deafness: ignoring the words of greeting, gratitude and farewell. When reading the order, one item was skipped, noting that I received a response: "I said."
About the order itself, they took it on the spot, there was black hair on the package of baked ones, and in the salad, someone's extended eyelashes fell to the bottom of the container, in abundance.
The positive impression of the institution that has developed over all previous visits has been spoiled.

We often order combos from this place. The order arrives occasionally in good condition. It takes 5 minutes by car from the institution to our address, just for a minute. Before arrival, another courier, already more polite, called and asked for the apartment and the entrance. I brought the missing package, we open it and there is a burger, nuggets, some kind of garlic sauce and without French fries. This is the third time we have called the hotline to find out when the order will be fully delivered to us. The girl began to make excuses that they had not reported, as if they had forgotten to put it. Although it is more than clear that this order was stupidly not prepared. The girl started offering a promo code for free potatoes at the next order, when we had already paid for the one that was not delivered to us. We said we wanted to receive the order now, to which she hung up. They called further, they don't take it anymore. We opened a burger, and it contains about 3 cm of iceberg and a few other ingredients. We will deal with it directly!

I bought a Cheese grillroll with chicken.
There were 2 pieces of chicken and everything else was breaded, the cheese sauce was at the very bottom. Because of this, the whole roll is dry. And at the end you eat cheese pita bread with breadcrumbs ((I read the composition, it turns out it's crispy onion rings) that's what they didn't regret), salad and mayonnaise cheese sauce.
And the tomato still seemed to be somewhere, probably a quarter slice for the whole "grillroll".
The pita bread was not fried.
If you want dry pita bread with crispy onion rings, 2 pieces of chicken cutlet, salad and mayonnaise cheese sauce somewhere at the end, then the Cheese Grill Roll with chicken is your choice.
Chicken burger is just a cutlet, a little cabbage and a drop of mayonnaise on 2 halves of a bun.

Суши вкусные, но печёные очень большие, не влазят в рот, очень не удобно кушать. Внутри мало места и туалет для всех желающих находится очень рядом, там постоянное толпостворение из молодежи. Не очень комфортно.
