The hotel is very cool. The location is convenient. Banks are within walking distance. Mobile communication coffee shops , grocery and alcohol stores. There is free parking inside the courtyard. The reception is large and spacious, beautiful, lots of mirrors and paintings. The staff is polite, absolutely everyone without exception. There is an elevator. Bar. We had a junior suite. We settled in three. The room is warm and clean, there is a tea table (free of charge) There are very good towels in the bathroom, there is a toilet set. Soap, shampoo gel, shaving machine comb, ear sticks and more. Shoe sponges. Everything for each guest. Breakfast buffet. Every day is different. Everything is fresh and delicious. We also went to a business lunch. It's also very tasty, everything is homemade. First, second tea and dessert. The money came out in pennies. If you haven't had time to eat elsewhere, I highly recommend the hotel restaurant. It so happened that we got there for dinner. The menu is varied. Everything is available. They work until late at night. There is alcohol. Pleasant atmosphere. Music. Design. Everything is very stylish and comfortable. There is a toilet, wash your hands, take off your outerwear and hang it up. They don't criticize pajamas. They are very courteous to every customer. I travel a lot and I have something to compare it with. I found this wonderful revenge myself based on reviews in maps. And you won't lose. A friend recommended another one. Corresponds to the price/quality ratio. Located in the old part of the city. I guess there's a place to walk nearby. The rooms are simple but clean. The cleaning is good. There is everything you need. Water is supplied for free. The bathroom also has everything you need, accessories are available. The staff is responsive and works quickly. The breakfasts are meager, you won't stay hungry, but don't expect any special takeaways. In general, considering the prices of other hotels in Uralsk, this is a good option.

A good compact hotel, there is a small parking lot, there is equipment and the attitude of the owners to the hotel, it is beautifully decorated, there is an elevator, its own restaurant,. Excellent, excellent hotel!

The reception always compromises, they give you a good mood.
We arrived from the Russian Federation at 21:00. There is no currency, there are no exchangers. Let go, burned, placed.
The rooms are good, the breakfasts are good.
We left before breakfast. They equipped amazing kits with them. Everything is delicious, appetizing and soulful!
The only caveat: it is located in the center, beautiful, cozy, but far from cars and railway stations. But the coziness and comfort more than compensate for it all.

On the second arrival, breakfast was served by a waiter, which was also quite sufficient Of the disadvantages: despite the occupancy of two people in a standard double room, a set of towels, a bathrobe, slippers, etc. were only for one person. The second set was brought only at our request. Well, it's expensive, I think.

It seems to be clean, but the devil lies in the little things:
- the old doors are opened with a key with a huge protein to remember about the key.
- the doors from the cabinets creak
- I barely closed the door in the refrigerator, since the cabinet is made end

- the blinds on the windows are metal and bent. Why if there are curtains?

Of the disadvantages :
- the patio is a little ridiculous. Of course, it is covered with a photobanner from the surrounding unfinished buildings, but there is no shelter from the sun or rain for coffee and a cigarette.
- default coffee beans are not included. Liquid breakfast is available for a fee, there is no car in the lobby. And after foreign hotels, it's already a habit. But this is for an amateur.
- parking in front of the entrance is made so that it blocks the sidewalk. In my opinion, this is disrespectful to the neighbors.
In general, a very decent hotel in the center, but there is much to strive for.

A great small hotel, we were passing through, just for one night. The room is cozy, the mattress is soft, it drags you to sleep instantly from a long journey. The breakfast is superior to some 5* hotels, the choice of food is quite wide. I liked the hotel. Two disadvantages, there is no private parking on site and a very brightly glowing clock near the bed. If we are in Uralsk, we will definitely choose this hotel for our stay!
