Agent Julia gave me a one-week deadline to vacate the apartment. However, already at registration, I outplayed the right to discharge in three weeks, ostensibly for my own comfort at registration. The delay is 5 days, while the keys were given to me by a drunken former owner without an agent and rinsed his brain, which, according to the contract, has the right to wait a little longer. We bought an apartment with this Agency. There were 5 photos of the apartment in poor quality on the website. 1 of which is the layout and 1 is the view from the street. They did not show the apartment themselves, called the owners and then called them back as a result of what they agreed on. They went to the cadastral office only once when buying an apartment, then they booked a queue and went without them. They were not present when the keys were handed over. They said "the owners are aware, they will explain everything to you", therefore they did not check the payment by meters. The agent was Elena. In general, the impressions were not important, next time we will look for another agency.
