This is not the first time I have ordered from this store and I am always satisfied. My husband decided to surprise me this time and ordered a bouquet with peony-shaped roses and a Scandinavian cake. The bouquet was just a miracle, all the flowers are fresh and beautiful, and the salmon cake itself is a real gastronomic delight! I didn't expect such a combination, and it was so pleasant and unexpected. It was perfect, especially for our party with friends. The delivery arrived on time, everything is neatly packed and even with a small surprise in the form of a postcard. Thank you for such a wonderful gift, which not only brightened up our evening, but also brought a lot of joy!

I ordered the delivery of a bouquet for 515 rubles. The equivalent of $162. I was recommended flowers for the right season and a good price. And peony - shaped roses . They brought a pathetic broom for my money. They ruined the gift. After I expressed my bewilderment, they explained to me that they had collected some super premium flowers. And they're not bulky, but they're very expensive. So I got a pathetic broom of 8 peony-shaped roses and 9 ranunculus. (this is the name of a small flower, not the spell that the season is supposed to be for). WhatsApp sent me a bouquet that certainly looks more decent, because they photographed it like fishermen and put it forward. in general, it was a shame to give a bouquet .The mood is ruined. It looked like a bouquet not for 515p but as a bouquet for 70p. + they charged 15p for delivery. I will call this seller extremely dishonest. A photo of the bouquet compared to the cup (what was at hand is attached).

I ordered Christmas trees for the new year. I am very pleased with the work with this flower shop. There is such aesthetics and comfort inside, the work is done with a soul...It's beautiful, just like in the picture I ordered from. I also liked the aesthetic packaging and sparklers..such a stylish and sweet compliment.

The expectation/reality did not match.
The flowers absolutely do not match the request. We wanted specific tulips, I'm attaching a photo from insta. When asked why they were so different, they replied that they were the same varieties and everything was supposedly OK. If they can be SO different, why not upload a photo before sending it, so that the client understands what to expect?
I don't recommend it, it's not worth the money.
And the company does not admit its mistakes, they began to jump off the topic, saying that the vase was wrong and the flowers were cramped in it. It was just a laugh, because the issue was not at all about the durability of the colors. The disappointment is concrete.

I strongly recommend not buying flowers here if you don't want to embarrass yourself. I ordered a bouquet of 11 peonies for 453 BYN for a friend's birthday. The bouquet looked very beautiful on the first day, but literally lasted 4 days, on the 5th day the peonies began to wither and smell rotten. Moreover, they did not even open, not a single flower. On the 6th day, the bouquet could already be thrown away, all the peonies withered and bowed their heads. All care recommendations were followed (they changed the water every day, washed the vase, trimmed the stems). I wrote to the telegram of the store where I ordered the bouquet at 12:30 p.m. on the 6th day after buying the bouquet. My message was viewed and not even answered. When I came to the store in the evening, the sales girl brazenly lied that there was a heavy load. Although, when I arrived, she was chatting with a friend. The conversation took place in the style of "and what you want is as it should be, peonies cost 3-5 days, there may have been incorrect care." No compensation was offered (a discount on the next order is simply an unacceptable option in this situation).
I then read reviews about this store, and found the same situation with peonies as mine, that is, the store knows that their peonies cost a couple of days, but they will convince the client that "he is a fool himself", just not to compensate for their mistakes in any way. And what a striking change - when I bought an expensive bouquet, they were very friendly, polite, smiling with me, and when I came to the store with claims about the quality of the goods sold, the saleswoman had already taken a completely different position and talked down to me and royally. The service is not only about selling, but also about the ability to work out mistakes, resolve negative situations.

I was presented with a bouquet from this store. 2 branches of bush roses crumbled in the morning (and less than a day had passed), 2 more branches a day later. The carnations wilted on the 4th day. I threw out the eucalyptus right away. It's a sad sight.

My husband gave me peonies worth 600 rubles from this salon. On the first day they opened, everything is OK, but on the second day a strong wilting and drying of the petals began. On the third day, the bouquet looks like this (1 photo). Everything would be fine, but I suggest comparing the bouquet in the second photo, which was given to me on the same day. One water, the same care (I cut it daily), but for some reason these expensive flowers from kvetku died on the third day! It's just terrible!

thanks a lot to the store for the bouquet of gladioli, I ordered flowers several times in different places, and 80% of them ended up half-dead, there was even one time that a beautiful bouquet was delivered, but when the package was opened, there was mold inside. Everything turned out well in this store and I was not ashamed in front of my parents.

As they say, expectation / reality. They are so cunning, after placing an order and paying, they immediately called the person for whom the bouquet was intended. Only then I was sent a photo of the bouquet, which is not the same as on the site at all. But since the person was already waiting for the bouquet, it would have turned out very ugly that they called, but the promised gift was never brought. To my complaints, they said that pine was not available, so they replaced it with cypress, they say on the website it says that they have the right to change the composition if something is missing. However, nothing is written about the pine in the composition, which seems to be "supposed to be". Question to the store, is this really your composition, or did you steal a photo from someone's website? And the cost of this good is 175 rubles

Today, after receiving flower delivery at 21.00 from a courier, a woman brought a taxi, she apparently did not like that I had to dial several times, although she clearly marked the time, went to the entrance without delay. A woman gets out of the car opens the trunk and shoves it sharply into my hands, it's good that she didn't swear with such an extremely smug face, didn't even raise her eyes at me, didn't say hello, didn't say a word, shoved a bouquet at me sharply, they say, hesitated, such extreme disrespect, closed the trunk and went, no goodbye, NOTHING!!! . Well, what is it? A man from Russia ordered flowers, wanted to please) It's terrible, never more so with this delivery service. That's how it was today! I do not recommend it. It's terrible.... ((
