No one even called about the readiness of the order. I had to find out on my own. On the appointed day, 11.12.2020, it turned out that yellow-colored light bulbs were brought. But this is an additional order with exactly the same article, respectively, if last time they were transparent, then they are colored, they are not suitable
The manager (Pavel) said, "if you don't like it, don't take it." Is it okay that I paid for it? Did you wait 2 weeks for Pavel to place an order? arrived 15 km away, spent your working time?
I had to call the management. The girl's manager gave the phone to the allegedly deputy director. Deputy Director Andrey promised that they would order the necessary light bulbs and make the delivery.
The 1st day has passed, the second, the third. From Friday to Thursday. So no one called. I had to call to remind you. As it turned out, the deputy. There is no director named Andrey. And no one is going to deliver or deliver anything. You need to write them a letter to get the money back.
With such an attitude towards customers, I think this company has no future.
I do not recommend this organization. A bad supplier.
