I do NOT recommend contacting them! I wanted to use their assistance service in applying for a visa. I called and wrote. They promise to answer questions every time and don't answer them. They promise to call back and do not call. An appointment was made and the meeting did not take place. For 2 weeks, you can say I "ran" after them, wanted to pay for the service and finally get a consultation. It's unpleasant that I have to do this. Disgusting attitude towards the client. Their last message was about the list of required documents, which did not even match the official list of the Visa Application Center. The company could not answer my question why they have different items. Moreover, they stopped responding at all. After that, I realized that they didn't understand what they were offering at all. Shame. The lack of seriousness and professionalism of this company will cause you to waste your time. In my case, I could have applied for a visa in these 2 weeks, and not wait for them to finally start doing their job.
