I never give bad grades, but there's something wrong with the processes. At first, they refused to vacate the administrator's desk for an hour, whom I had been at that table all the time (and there were 2 of them nearby), and I never saw at the computer. Our company consisted of 5 people with normal checks. Nevertheless, we decided to stay, but then the service was sad: coffee was mixed up without specifying anything, almost all the drinks were brought, the last one was carried for a very long time, desserts were also very long. There were no 3 types of cheesecakes on the menu. I understand everything, everything happens, but I won't go here anymore, I don't want to spoil the mood for anyone, it's a pity that for some reason people don't care what impression visitors have of their establishment.

I went in with friends to have coffee and dessert on Saturday evening. On the plus side: the cafe was empty, the cheesecakes that were ordered were cooked quickly enough. While they were waiting, they brought everyone a glass of water on the house. Everything was delicious, the price tag is normal for such a place. The staff is polite. Last night, with a group of friends, we decided to visit this cafe. The waiter managed to deftly smooth out our expectation of drinks by offering excellent desserts (Basque chocolate cheesecake with salted caramel, Napoleon and dessert in the form of Orange-chocolate ice cream), which exceeded all expectations!!!
Despite the slight delay with the coffee, the atmosphere in the cafe and the attentive attitude of the waiter made us feel like really valuable guests. There are only positive emotions left from the visit and we will all definitely come back again!
I highly recommend it, the desserts and the service are top notch.

Очень люблю это место!!!ПотрЯсающее! Атмосфера/еда/персонал - всё на максимально достойном уровне. Всегда захожу, когда бываю в Минске. Единственное, что я поняла НЕ сразу, это то, что надо бронировать заранее, потому что с местами напряжно, и приходилось ждать..но, оно и понятно почему) в плохое место очередей не будет 😆

Но вот что интересно.
Завтракаю. В кофейне из персонала только бариста и официант. В какой-то момент они оба удаляются в подсобку. В зале никого. Я в кофейне один.
В этот момент забегает девушка. Довольно активная, бодрая и громкая. Говорит с кем-то по телефону. Видит что нет персонала, садится за столик. Через пару минут ещё раз проходит по залу, стучится во все двери подсобки и довольно комментирует это всё по телефону: «i’m looking for something who cook me coffee!». Безуспешно. Nobody can make coffee now. Уходит
Через пару минут официантка возвращается в зал. Рассказываю ей эту историю. Так-то это знатный факап
В ответ получаю:
– Да? Я могу это забирать?

Уютная кофейня. Вкусный кофе и еда.
Выбор не такой большой, как на Ленина, но голодными не останетесь. Киш с курицей просто супер. Хороший выбор кофе. Приятный персонал.
Из минусов немного затертые диваны, не помешала бы химчистка. Это сразу бы сделало кафе лучше.

Очень милое, уютное кафе. С подругой посидели за чашечкой кофе и бокалом вина часа два. К сожалению, уходя случайно зацепили стоявший на краю стола пустой бокал и он разбился, за что ещё раз просим прощения у сотрудников кафе. И что важно, денег за него никто не потребовал. В общем, если вам нужно спокойное, тихое, уютное местечко - вам сюда!

Прекрасное заведение с вкуснейшими завтраками и десертами собственного производства !!!! Обслуживание всегда на высоте, вежливые официанты и бармены. Если желаете вкусно перекусить и насладиться чашкой кофе, то вам точно сюда!! Кофе просто нереально вкусный, и завтраки действуют целый день, поэтому кто любит завтракать в любое время, это место обязательно стоит посетить. Расположение очень классное, в центре города!!!! Мне очень понравилось!!!!!
