The only drawbacks are parking in the courtyard and the grandmother grumbling from the first floor that she put the car wrong and looked at her (grandmother) wrong. Very negative impressions of the fulfillment of the obligations assumed by this office. On March 7, at 11.30 a.m., we placed an order for delivery to the address of the tulips, paid for + delivery. By agreement, we were obliged to deliver from 10.00 to 14.00 hours on March 8. On the 8th, they started calling the dispatcher on the phone, first they said that the courier was on his way, then that the courier had already been to the address, and there they answered that they had not ordered. In the end, it turned out that the wrong address, and then the wrong courier. And there are no flowers until 16.00. After continuous calls, after 17.00, a guy answered who said that he was the director and his name was Nikolai. When contacting him about a problem, he answered and behaved rudely, was rude, interrupted, not allowing them to have a conversation with him, said that they had problems with the program, and in the end he put down the phone altogether and could be heard talking to other employees. Then he said, "do whatever you want," and hung up. Attempts to call from other phones did not lead to anything. The flowers were delivered after 6 p.m., after 4 hours of continuous phone calls. The women's holiday was ruined. I will not have any more business with the rented office, and I do not advise others.
