Renault Sandero has been served in this service since 2015. And everything seemed to be fine. Now there is a need to make a lada grant. And with the recent appeal, there was an embarrassment. Scheduled maintenance had to be carried out on Lada: replacement of filters, timing kit, candles. Plus, I asked them to look at various little things about the car. As a result, after the service, the engine began to adjust. Moreover, it turned out that the little things I asked for when I gave the car away were also not looked at. The next day I contacted them again, but they were able to sign me up for a while only two days later. All this time, the car was parked near this service station, waiting for the reception. I must pay tribute, the second, forced, service was done almost for free (I still had to pay 20 rubles for the car wash), because the reason for the unstable operation of the engine was a defective candle.
In short, it turned out unpleasantly that due to the defective parts and the heavy workload of this service station, I had to travel by public transport for three days.

By the way, while I was waiting for my car, I noticed that despite the large number of people who came to the salon, the managers paid attention to everyone, answered questions from potential buyers, and helped with choosing a future car. I installed their StarLine car alarm system in May 2024 on Lada Vesta. I arrived by appointment in the morning at the appointed time, they said that they had one electrician, the other was on sick leave. It was recorded for another day. I arrived the other day and the car was standing all day, no one was working on it. At the end of the day, the receptionist replied to me that the electrician had been distracted by other cars under warranty all the time, but mine just happened to be standing. We did the work for two days, although the installation takes 4-5 hours. I'm not happy with the installation. The alarm system is not working correctly. The master receptionist answered my calls reluctantly and fed me empty promises. The principle of operation of this service is to do it as soon as possible, hand it over and forget. The calculations included work that was not carried out. The components from the kit that were not used during installation were not returned. I strongly do not recommend this service. The attitude towards the service's customers leaves much to be desired.
